Déçue
Très bruyant et très mauvaise insonorisation. Chien des voisins qui aboye toute la nuit. On entend celui du haut quand il va au toilette.chauffe eau qui fuie. Grille pain qui ne fonctionne pas. Déçue pour le tarif. Juste belle vue.

Wohnung toll, Kommunikation anstrengend
Der Checkin und die Kommunikation vor Ort waren sehr anstrengend, da von zwei verschiedenen Kontakten (allgemein und vor Ort) Unterlagen und Anmeldeformulare kamen, die auch nicht übereingestimmt haben. Da wir bereits im Urlaub waren zu diesem Zeitpunkt, war es noch viel unpraktischer.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und man kann sich dort gut selbst versorgen. Leider keine Abzugshaube vorhanden, was das anbraten zu einem Lüftungsakt macht, der auch schwierig ist, wegen der Mücken die sich dann eingeladen fühlen. Wir hatten außerdem das Gefühl das die Insekten über der Balkontür einen Eingang gefunden haben. Wir haben dort Insektenspray versprüht, was das Problem etwas in Grenzen gehalten hat. Die Warmwasserzufuhr funktionierte, tropfte aber leider. Super Lage, schöner Strand.

Alojamiento perfecto. Interhome regular. Perfecto rara explorar el Golfo de Olbia
El alojamiento se corresponde con la descripción y es perfecto para que una pareja pase unos días descubriendo la parte noreste de Cerdeña. Está ubicado en una urbanización con acceso directo a una playa casi exclusiva, los chalets están muy integrados en el entorno y se respira confianza y mucha tranquilidad. El apartamento consta de salón con cocina americana, cuarto de baño con lavadora y ducha y una habitación de matrimonio. El estado de limpieza fue correcto y el alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario. La única pega es un armario ropero un poco desvencijado aunque cumple su función. Las vistas desde la terraza son impresionantes y uno nuca se cansa de mirarlasA la playa de Nodu Pianu se tardan 5 minutos andando y a otra cala contigua (cala Banana) 6 andando o en coche en pocos minutos. Las playas son de arena y tan buenas como otras con más fama, los veraneantes son familias itaianas de la propia urbanización o de otra cercana por lo que el ambiente es familiar aunque no demasiado glamuroso. Hay dos chiringuitos en los que se puede beber o comer. En la urbanización no hay tiendas o bares y para comprar cualquier cosa o tomar algo hay que ir en coche a Pittulongu (3 minutos) o a Olbia (10 miutos). El chalet consta de tres casas independientes y las terrazas están separadas por barreras vegetales y en algunos casos falta un poco de intimidad. Si no hace aire por la noche los mosquitos son un problema. Las únicas pegas corresponden a Interhome: El proceso de Check-In fue un poco caótico porque se dirigieron a mí desde Interhome España y desde Interhome Cerdeña con instrucciones contradictorias, como le pasó a ortro cliente alemán de Homeaway, por lo que les tuve que llamar y pedir instrucciones concretas, todo se solucionó y al final fueron muy atentos el día de la entrada. Peor fue el asunto del aire acondicionado ya que en la página de Homeaway no se indicaba que se cobraba aparte, por lo que hice una reclamación cuabdo me preguntaron si quería disponer de él pagando 9€ diarios. Contestaron que era un error de la página pero no accedieron a atenerse a lo publicado. Más que algo muy grave es un muy mal detalle por su parte ya que si un cliente ha contratado con unas condiciones, deben respetarlas y les habría costado muy poco quedar bien. Además, en los días hizo bastante calor en la zona y en la casa se estaba confortable sin aire. no recomiendo que se contrate. CONCLUSIÓN: MUY RECOMENDABLE, REPETIRÍA. Ubicación perfecta.
