DHH on the Costa Blanca 25 km from Alicante airport and 6 km from the fine sandy beach. The golf course is 500m away. Supermarkets and restaurants are also within a range of 500-1000m. According to the WHO, the best climate here is against airways, joints and skin diseases. The area is also called California of Europe !!
The house consists of 3 floors. On the ground floor we have 2 bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds. In one room is a bathroom "ensuite" with shower.
On the first floor there is the living room, kitchen, utility room and the winter garden. On the second floor are two more bedrooms with a double bed and a bunk bed and a bathroom with a tub in which you can take a shower. The house also has a roof terrace with a great view. The house is fully furnished for 8 people. We have German television, washing machine, dishwasher, oven - micro combi. Of course there is air conditioning (2x) for the hot season and heating for the cooler season. The house has of course a garden that you can use. The community pool is about 30m from the house. You can park in front of the house or on the available parking space.
