The new apartment City Loft Lapis Lazuli has premium equipment. It is particularly suitable for allergy sufferers and asthmatics because it mainly consists of historically proven natural building materials. The silent air filter system ensures healthy indoor air.
The City Loft Lapislazuli is located in the greater Nuremberg / Fürth area and is excellently connected to the motorway and local public transport. (Fair with car 20 min., Playmobil fun park 10 min., Nuremberg Christkindlsmarkt, Fürther medieval market).
Regional delicacies and well-known culinary highlights are in the immediate vicinity.

The City Loft Lapis Lazuli was expanded in 2018 to include the City Loft Emerald, which is designed for four people. The two lofts are right next to each other.

The City Loft Lapis Lazuli was completed in December 2017 and has premium equipment. All rooms are provided with pleasant, healthy, low-temperature floor heating in the cold season.
Balcony: Access to the City Loft Lapis Lazuli is via an external staircase on the west side, which opens onto a magnificent, generously covered balcony 2 meters wide and 5 meters long. The balcony is ideal for lingering at sunrise and sunset.
Kitchen: The equipment includes a fully equipped, fully functioning, large, new fitted kitchen with dishwasher, extractor hood, large refrigerator, extra freezer and a dining table for six people. In the kitchen there is a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, teapot and crockery and cutlery for 10 people. Tea towels and dishwasher tabs as well as waste containers (waste separation) are available.
Living room: In the living room there is a new couch with bed function (140x200cm), if necessary a comfortable air cushion bed as well as a new TV and desk with power connection. Game collection in the TV cabinet. The evening lighting can be regulated as required. Natural oak flooring.
Bathroom: The exclusive designer bathroom leaves nothing to be desired. Rainforest shower, bathtub, bidet, double vanity with large mirror cabinet create a cozy atmosphere. A hand towel and a shower towel are available for each guest, if necessary additional towels. The walls and floor are tiled.
Ruby and lapis lazuli bedroom: Both bedrooms each contain two beds with hypo-allergenic bedding, two wardrobes, two bedside tables, a desk with a lamp, and a clothes rack. Flooring is natural wood oak.
The room temperature can be controlled electronically during the heating period.
Storage room: washing machine available with drying rack, iron, brooms large and small, hand sweeper, bucket, rag, vacuum cleaner, vacuum cleaner bag.
Due to the above equipment, the City Loft Lapis Lazuli is not suitable for pets. The introduction of hazardous substances of any kind is also strictly prohibited. Smoking is strictly prohibited. In the event of violations, an additional cleaning and processing fee of EUR 2,000.00 is due immediately. This also applies to any visitors to our guests.
