OBLIGATORY CHARGES to be paid on arrival in cash:
- Local touris tax CHF 5,00 / day / person from 14 years.
- Cleaning of the apartatment CHF 180 per week.
- Linen-package (bedlinen, towels, bathmat, kitchen-
towels) per week CHF 70,00.
- Electric current consumption à conto CHF 80 / week
(CHF 0,80 / KWH) upon counter. If the consumption
is less, the difference will be given back, if higher to be
paid on departure day in cash.
OPTIONAL CHARGES:
- Parking for 4 pers.-car or VAN CHF 105 - 210 / week.
- Indoor-pool CHF 35 / week.
- Extra towel CHF 3,00.
It is not allowed to wash the Barony-laundry by the
tourist.
RULES:
- A possible defect must be reported immediately for
retification. Notes during or after check-out are invalid.
- The kitchen and utensils must be left clean. Otherwise
the cleaning will be charged.
- Waste must be deposed of in the containers at the
beginning of Via Violetta/Via Cortivo. See description
in the kitchen.
The BARONY is run by the owner who lives on site and is available to help at any time.
GREEN OASIS near to center Lugano 2 km
The castlelike BARONY Le PERGOLE with 3 villas and total 10 maisonette-apartments (non smokers) each of them with own entrance from outside and of different sizes for 1-9 persons is situated in the most exclusive district of Lugano-Castagnola-Cortivo at foot of Monte Brè (the sunniest mountain of Switzerland) near the lake (70 m airline).
Situated peaceful and sunny away from the disturbance of communal and cantonal roads between private blind street Via Violetta and the antique Olive-foot-path to the antique fisher's village "Gandria" (1,3 km) the BARONY thrones over a 4.000 m2 terraced Mediterranean tree-garden with scare flora and panorama view on Lake Lugano and the nearby mountains.
The shared indoor pool 4 x 8 m (with charge) with 110 m2 sunbathing-terraces with deckchairs, parasols and table tennis is in function from June to end of September and can be used by people/swimmers aqged 8 years accomponied by adults.
Mattresses and covers, towels, parasols, ping-pong-utensils are deposited in the litte garden-house nearby the indoor pool as also the washer and dryer.
The indoor pool can be closed at any time due to the Corona pandemic due to official regulatiosn.
However, there is within 130 m on private street and stairs down to the lake a municipal boat- and bath-stage and a small pebble-beach for sporty people: free of charge.
To the swimming-beach "Lido San Domenico with swimming in the lak ca. 500 m: with charge.
The apartment "OLIVE " 2 1/2 rooms 53 m2 gross living space on the 1. floor reachable by garden staircase with 2 different entrances directly from outside

- 2 TERRACES, 1 in front of the living with deckchairs,
the other in front of the kitchen with dining table;
- Own fenced garden-part with 2 gardendoors: north
garden-door to the antique Oliven-foot-path to
Gandria and bus-stop 70 m to Monte Brè and center
Lugano.
