Two common area hot tubs provide a special treat after a long day of Summit County recreation.
Approximately 1000sq ft., there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Vaulted ceilings in the living/kitchen/dining area are a wonderful accent, warm paint colors throughout, big puffy furniture in the living room, and down comforters in the bedrooms will have you feeling right at home.
Everything is conveniently located on the elevated main level, and the private attached 1 car garage on the ground floor is a convenient and rare amenity.
The Master bedroom has a Queen bed and an attached private bath. The guest room has a Captain's bunk, which is a Double bed on the bottom-Twin bed on top. The second bath is located just outside this room.

When not wiping butts, picking up chewed up shoes & generally keeping up with life & work, my wife & I are enjoying Summit County & spending time building our roots into this community. We love it here. We feel it's a unique place to raise children & we enjoy the proximity to Denver yet the million miles away feeling that living at 9075' elevation provides.

This is a great condo for families or people that want a more relaxing, "local" Summit County experience. The property sits about half-way between Frisco & Breckenridge & is just minutes from cut-through road (Swan Mtn. Rd). It's ultra convenient to all things Summit County.
The condo sits in a peaceful quiet valley. Nestled on both sides by Pine trees, with a fishing pond on the North side of the property, just a short walk away. The Continental Divide Trail skirts the Villas at Swans Nest, and rises aggressively, just steps away from the NW parking lot.
Summit County is a giant playground for outdoor enthusiasts. This property sits in the middle of this vast & interesting area.
“Jason's place was a great stay. My husband and I really couldn't ask for more. Cute, cozy, clean, and a great location. We were able to easily access skiing in Breckenridge, Keystone, and Copper Mountain. The hot tub was right across the street and was basically our own private hot tub every time we used it. Although it was just the two of us, it could easily accommodate more. The kitchen was fully equipped and having a washer and dryer was really convenient while on a ski trip. I'd recommend this condo to anyone visiting the Breckenridge area!”
Great spot close to the ski areas, plenty of room and everything we needed was supplied for a great stay. Garage was a plus especially with the snowfall.

Everything about the condo was just great! The kitchen was set up well with everything we needed and then some; the furniture was all in great shape and comfortable; the beds were comfortable.... the gas fireplace added to the coziness of it; the TV/cable/internet worked like a charm... the new carpet was super nice - no complaints! To be honest, I don't think the photos really do your place justice. Once we arrived and settled in, we were surprised that the condo was quite a bit larger than the photos seemed to show. We loved that you have a garage - it snowed while we were there and we were very happy that we didn't have to go out and brush off the car. The location was perfect - right between Breckenridge and Frisco and right close to the road over to Keystone. We all agreed that we would love to come back! If you're looking for a nice place to stay, this is the place.

We really enjoyed staying here. The condo was the perfect location for us to ski Breckenridge and Vail. (It would also be perfect for Keystone & Copper.) It was comfortable for our family of four. We enjoyed the warm fireplace and comfy beds after a full day of skiing. We liked that this condo has a garage so that when it snowed, there was no need to clear off the car. Most importantly, the condo was clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again as well as recommend it to friends and family.
Our family had the best vacation at this Swan's Nest condo. Everything we needed we found in the Condo and it was clean, comfortable and a great location. From skipping rocks out back on the water to our trips into both Frisco and Breckenridge we were close to everything and had a great time. Thank you for the great stay and sharing your condo with us. We are already trying to come back!

I will consider discounts on a case by case basis for extended stays during off-peak season (10 days or longer). I work to keep the condo reasonably priced, this results in few vacancies during peak season(s). Unless fitting a gap perfectly, I generally don't offer additional discounts. July & August are peak Summer season.
