Location was great for our needs

Bed duvet needed to be cleaned and the top sheet did not fit the bed. Location was great. Our last night neighbors stayed up till 3:00am partying. Vary loud. Great location for visiting the convention center.

Great location! Sofa bed broken.

The place was in the perfect location for us. It was clean and easily accessible and would have been highly rated with one exception. The sofa sleeper was totally broken, springs missing, and no pillowcase for the pillow. We had three people and our third had to sleep on the unmade sofa. If renting for two, no problem and would get a five star rating. If just 2 we would definitely rent again.

Great Location

My wife and I have stayed here several times. We love this apartment as it is walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, French Quarter, and multiple museums. If you are looking to stay in New Orleans I highly recommend this apartment. Some of our favorites within walking distance are Wood Pizza Bistro & Taphouse, Marcello's Resturant, and Wine Bar, Tommy's Cuisine, Emeril's, Lucy's Retired Surfer Bar & Restaurant. All of these are short walks from the apartment. Enjoy the city and laissez les bons temps rouler!
