Quaint and quiet Island cottage in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island just 3 blocks from the Island’s finest beach. The Trolley Stop is just steps away and will take you to the finest restaurants and shops on the Island and Longboat Key. Perfect spot to be if you enjoy dining at our Golden Spoon Restaurant, The Beach Bistro which is a short bike ride away.

This cottage has undergone an extensive remodel with all new appliances, furniture, washer and dryer, flooring, central air, windows, 2 flat screen plasma TV’s, enclosed outdoor shower, screened patio and updated kitchen. For your convenience we have wireless high speed internet, cable TV and free long distance phone for the US.

The large garage attached is for the Owner's personal use and has its own entry and security system.

Quaint cottage near the beach and restaurants on Anna Maria Island
Dan and Kay Kay were fabulous hosts and answered all calls within minutes, and were very attentive. The card and bottle of wine was a lovely touch when arriving. The place is a small cottage (2 bedrooms, 1 bath), with a fully stocked kitchen, screened-in seating area outside (which we used every night), outside shower to remove sand, and a 5 min walk to the beach.

Great little cottage!
We absolutely loved our stay. Everything was clean and they had every amenity we needed. Short walk to the beach,and the house was in a quiet location too!

Perfect Vacation Spot
This was our first time to AMI and we had a great time. Weather was perfect and this house was exactly what we wanted. It is two blocks from the beach and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Well Maintained
Great property! Well maintained! Nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable, plenty of beach towels (thank you!) and kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, plates, etc.

My wife and I have been married 28 years and have 4 boys now ages 14 to 21 and a chocolate Lab (Coco). Being a native 'Floridian', it was natural to return to the Island after College at LSU. My wife is from Baton Rouge, LA and enjoys living and raising our family on the Island as it has so much to offer. We travel often and enjoy fishing, camping, hunting and 4 wheeling.

This property is located in the heart of the Island. Whether you're in the mood for burgers on the beach or fine dining, all is conveniently located. The free trolley stops at the corner and traverses the entire Island including Longboat Key.
