About this property

Brand new. Very well maintained! Great decor. Ideal for families and groups

These unique, beautiful semi-detached houses on the outskirts of Consell were completely renovated in 2018 by a very well-known Spanish architect lovingly and modern.

Ideal for a holiday with family and friends where you like to be together but can also take a break in between.

Great emphasis was placed on the mix of old in the work. Each house has a large 170m2 living space, is fully equipped with air conditioning and was very modern and tastefully decorated.

On the ground floor there is a white bright, open kitchen, a large, friendly living-dining room with satellite TV and exit to the terrace and the saltwater pool and a beautiful bedroom with bathroom en suite.

If you go up the stairs there are two more modern, tasteful bedrooms each with their own bathroom en suite.

The outdoor area was also beautifully designed. In each garden there is a 7m x 3m saltwater pool, a small fountain and a covered dining area and a BBQ.

wunderschön hergerichtetes historisches Haus in Consell mit sehr viel Charm.
Das historische haus wurde mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet. Alt und neu passen prima zusammen. Eine super Unterkunft mitten auf Mallorca, fernab der großen Bettenburgen und Betonhotels. Sehr, sehr schön! Leider gibt es in Consell nicht viele Möglichkeiten abends essen zu gehen. Aber der Grill auf der Terrasse entschädigt dafür.

Einfach fantastisch!
Wir waren begeistert von dem Haus - es stimmte einfach alles! Angefangen von der sehr gelungen Kombination zwischen traditionellem Dorfhaus und moderner Ausstattung, über den ausgesprochen liebevoll angelegten Aussenbereich bis hin zu der Sauberkeit des gesamten Objektes war alles erstklassig. Auch die WLAN Qualität war bestens - für uns nicht unwichtig, da wir auch im Urlaub ab und zu arbeiten müssen. Toll war auch die super Betreuung durch und permanente Erreichbarkeit von Frau Obermayr - das ist (wie wir leider aus vielen anderen Urlauben wissen) nicht selbstverständlich.
