Nice host/bad smell !
Positive: -The host was very helpful from ordering throughout the stay ! (Also his local friend Kathi !) -The appartement was nice and clean on arrival -Nice street and lovely citizens -Very close to the beach's and restaurants -Good space in the kitchen, living room and the roof terrace Negative: -Very bad smell from the bathrooms, especially from the big (old) one -Both toilets went clogged without reason. The one in the new bathroom multiple times, and that was the one we could use because of the smell -We missed some lockers in the bedrooms

Urlaub abseits vom Massentourismus
Das Reihenhaus liegt in einer Straße, in der fast nur Einheimische wohnen. Strände, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind gleich um die Ecke. Es war sauber und gut ausgestattet, mit 2 recht modernen Bädern und W-LAN. Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss hat zum Bürgersteig hin ein Fenster, durch das man die an-, ab- und durchfahrenden Autos und Motorräder sowie die abends noch sehr lange auf dem Bürgersteig sitzenden Anwohner hört. So haben wir einen kleinen Einblick in den Lebensstil der Insulaner bekommen. Das kleine Schlafzimmer nach hinten wird über eine Fensterluke in der Decke belüftet. Die Dachterrasse ist recht groß, mit Tisch, Stühlen, Grill und 2 gepolsterten Liegen ausgestattet, von wo man einen Blick in den Himmel und auf die gegenüberliegenden Häuser hat. Die deutsche Verwalterin lebt in der gleichen Stadt und kümmert sich sehr gut um alle Belange. Das Haus hat eine gute Ausgangslage für Touren mit dem Mietwagen ins Hinterland und zu anderen Stränden, die man auch mit dem sehr günstigen Linienbus erreichen kann. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist für die Südküste Gran Canarias sehr gut.

Entspanntes Haus abseits vom Tourismus
Das Haus liegt schön Abseits vom ganzen Touristen-Trubel im Süden der Anseits. Zwischen 2 Stränden gelegen findet man hier rundum super Restaurants und einige Supermärkte. Die Lage ist super, einen Parkplatz finden gestaltet sich manchmal als etwas langwierig und an die geselligen Nachbarn, die sich alle gern Abends auf der Straße treffen, muss man sich als Deutscher auch erst gewöhnen, das trägt jedoch definitiv zum Charme und der Authentizität der Gegend bei. Die Dachterrasse ist ein absoluter Luxus und es gibt nichts besseres die Abende dort oben bei Wein und Bier zu verbringen. Das Haus an sich war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt als wir ankamen. Der Check-In und die Kommunikation mit unseren Gastgebern lief super, sie waren immer ohne Probleme telefonisch erreichbar und haben sich auch von selbst immer wieder erkundigt, ob soweit alles klar ist oder sie uns irgendwie weiterhelfen können. Auf das W-Lan sollte man sich nicht so stark verlassen, da das nur ein LTE-Router ist und der Empfang in der Gegend manchmal semi-optimal ist. Jedoch gibt die Stadt und auch die ganze Insel einem so viel zu erkunden, dass W-Lan eigentlich auch unnötig ist. Alles in allem war das ein super Aufenthalt!

Alles Bestens
Wir waren eine Woche hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Prima Lage, schöne Terrasse. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Wir würden wieder kommen.
