Our recently renovated apartment has three bedrooms and an additional sofa bed in the living room for kids. It was furnished with great attention to detail in modern alpine chic and captivates with a mixture of tradition and modern times.

The living room with a cozy tiled stove and fireplace, large sofa, wing chair and dining area invites you to relax or have a fun game night with friends and family. The living room leads to the furnished terrace and the large garden. Nothing stands in the way of a breakfast in the sun or a nice barbecue evening.

In the large kitchen there are all the accessories and equipment you need for cooking for our guests. The apartment has numerous amenities that you are used to from home. From free WiFi, to a 55 inch TV, to your own washing machine (on request) in the basement, everything is there to make your stay as pleasant as possible. A high chair from Stokke - Trip Trap is on site for the kids.

The apartment is in an idyllic 3-family house. Two of the three rooms are on the ground floor and have a separate shared bathroom with bathtub and a separate guest toilet. The third guest room is in the basement, accessible via the staircase and also has its own bathroom with toilet and shower.

Ellmau - a jewel hidden between the Kitzbüheler Alpen and the skiing and hiking area of the Wilder Kaiser. The summer as well as the winter landscape make every summiteer's and holidaymaker's heart beat faster. Nature lovers get their money's worth in every season and families can sink together in the charm of the Alpine panorama.

The love for the mountains has moved us to turn our apartment into a small holiday home for young and old. We warmly welcome you to the Ellmau community.
