R&R and explored HH for future retirement
First, aside from the floors, paint and kitchen counter this unit was NOT totally redone. The rust on the refrigerator was a turnoff. The table on the balcony was dirty and paint was peeling off the sides. The kitchen draws were warped difficult to open. The bathroom was an eyesore. Nothing was renovated in there. The hardware on all the cabinets were old. The bedding (pillow covers and bedspread) looked like it hadn’t been washed. They looked dingy. The extra cotton blanket I found in the closet was rolled up in a ball. It was also stained. I had to wash it before we used it. Thankfully there was a washer & dryer in the unit. There was a newer small sofa in the main area with old dingy dirty pillows that we didn’t want to touch. The owners need to pay more attention to these details as people expect to above all feel comfortable spending their vacation in a clean place that looks like it’s been lovingly cared for their guests.

Great location
Condo was in a great location to dining and shopping. Easy walk to Coligny Plaza. Ocean view. Big enough for my husband and myself, but not for more. Didn't do any cooking but appliances are older. Living room furniture and flooring looked newer. Condo was clean when we arrvied with a starter pack of items like toilet paper, soap and paper towels. Towels were also provided.

Great view, but
The view is spectacular, the location is perfect but the condo is literally falling apart. The patio furniture is cheap and chipped up, rhe screen was almost all the way off the door, the shower leaked, the diswaher is rusted out and the cabinets stick and are coming apart. It probably needs a complete makeover.
