Fantastic finca / holiday home in Cala Llombards in the southeast of Mallorca

We rent a detached finca for 4 people in Cala Llombards in Mallorca.

The finca has 2 bedrooms (air-conditioned), 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and a cozy living / dining area. WiFi is available throughout the house. TV in the living room and in one bedroom. There is also a washing machine.

The outdoor area offers several beautiful terraces, both for sun worshipers and for shade plants.

Cala Llombards is a small town in the southeast of Mallorca. The very beautiful beach can be reached on foot in 5 minutes from the house. In the village there is a small but very well stocked supermarket, a bar and a restaurant.

Larger towns nearby are Santanyi (6km) and Cala D'Or (16km)

Rental price: 100 to 160 € / day
Final cleaning € 130

The rental price includes all additional costs such as electricity and water. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided. Children are welcome (baby cot and high chair are on site).

Really nice house
Amazing stay in a really nice house. Everything worked perfectly and the house was clean and in very good condition. Relaxing and quiet area with a 5 min walk to Cala Llombards. Lars was easy to get in contact with and the homemade book with information and recommendations was very helpful. Highly recommend a stay!

Superbe séjour
En photos ça donnait envie, en vrai c'est encore mieux. Superbe maison, nous étions 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants). La maison est top, au bout d'une impasse, pas de vis à vis, calme, quartier calme. Accès à la Cala Llombards en 5 minutes à pieds et les superbes criques Calo Des Moro et Cala s'Almunia en 20 minutes à pieds. L'échange avec Lars (le propriétaire) est facile et les réponses très rapides. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location.

Sehr schöne Finca mit toller Bucht in der Nähe
Wir haben die Finca in einem sehr sauberen Zustand übernommen. Die Ausstattung vor Ort war sehr gut. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem die Badezimmer sind sehr schön gemacht. Auf der Terrasse konnte man morgens toll Frühstücken und am Abend mit Autan und einer Citronellakerze bei einem Vino blancha den Tag ausklingen lassen. Ein Hoch auf die Klimaanlagen welche die Nächte zum schlafen erträglich machten. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter bei kleinen Problemen war hervorragend. Im Ort gibt es genau eine Bar/Bistro. Die ist dafür sehr preiswert und lecker. Die Badebucht ist wie beschrieben fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Sie war immer sehr voll, aber dafür auch besonders schön mit einer Top Wasserqualität. Alles in allem eine tolle Finca mit der man nichts falsch machen kann.

Beautiful traditional Finca
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Finca. It's exactly as described...so comfortable with plenty of outside spaces to sit in the sunshine or shade if preferred. The local bar is handy if you prefer not to drive out & it's also a short walk to the beautiful beach. We would love to return at some point as we enjoyed it so much.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Casa Polito uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Die Angebotsfotos beschreiben genau das was man vorfindet. Das Haus ist wunderschön und perfekt ausgestattet. Es ist vermutlich die sauberste Ferienunterkunft die wir jemals bezogen haben. Die Lage ist ruhig und der Garten lädt zum verweilen ein. Zum Strand ist es nur einen Katzensprung. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
