Rumbach has approx. 460 inhabitants and is the state-approved resort and is the most awarded town in the district of Südwestpfalz. Bundessieger in the national competition 'Gold medal 2019' and again receives the special prize for exemplary, ecological achievements. The house is located in the historic center in a sunny, quiet location on Jakobspilgerweg. Excellent hiking trail and bike path network, mountain biking in the Palatinate Forest.

Description 2-room apartment on the ground floor:
At the backside separate main entrance with access to the kitchen with kitchenette and table group; Living room with 32 "flat-screen TV, glass cabinet, closet, sofa bed (bed area: W / L 90x200 cm) and 1 wicker chair; 1 double bedroom (lying area: B / L 180x200 cm, head and foot part adjustable); sep. Shower / WC. Small patio with garden furniture. Private terrace in the yard may be shared.

Wi-Fi is available in individual rooms. Free guest access: surfing and emails allowed. Signal strength: Good.

Other: Blinds, central heating.
Bed linen, table linen, dish and dishcloth are provided.

Outside: Each apartment has its own fortified car parking space on the property, in front of the house a public. Parking spot. September Bicycle room lockable. Lawn for shared use accessible via an external staircase.

Included in the rent: Table and bed linen, utilities, Wi-Fi guest access, an in-house fortified private parking per apartment. On request, a cot can be placed in each apartment for free.

Service: Hiking map with 12 tour suggestions, bike map, MTB tour map, brochures with many excursion tips, guest folder with useful addresses and insider tips are ready for you on the day of arrival.

In town: 2-3 minutes walk to the village shop - bread and pastries, game from the region, Palatinate wines, etc., breakfast possible; Vis-à-vis from our house you can eat delicious and inexpensive in the inn; Generation park with Kneipp facility, playground, boule and barbecue area, bus stops.

2 km away: petrol station, car repair shop, bike rental and workshop, VR Bank, ATMs, WASGAU fresh market with own butcher, bakery and cafe (lunch menu, Sunday rolls); NETTO market with back-shop (Sunday bread). Doctors, dentist, pharmacy.

Wir hatten die 2-Zimmer Wohnung: Schöne, saubere, sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung (genau wie in der Beschreibung). Freundliche Vermieterin. Wanderkarte und Prospekte mit Ideen für (Rund-)Wanderwege vorhanden. Sehr hübscher, idyllischer Ort. Hund willkommen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Sehr gute Unterkunft, auch für RadlerInnen
Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht, sogar mehrere Arten von Kaffeemaschinen. Für Radreisende gibt es eine praktische Unterstellmöglichkeit für die Räder. Direkt gegenüber ist eine Gaststätte und der Ort hat auch eine kleinen Dorfladen. Die Wohnung liegt zwar direkt an der Straße, die aber wenig befahren ist,also nicht stört. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Nur das WLAN ist nicht in allen Zimmern zu nutzen und nicht sehr zuverlässig, was allerdings in der Beschreibung erwähnt wurde.
