Beautiful renovated modern apartment in the beautiful natural Bad Sachsa. Located directly on the forest, the domicile invites you to take long walks in the morning. The apartment is child-friendly designed and located and offers many excursions in the vicinity.

The apartment has a new fitted kitchen with ceramic induction hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer combination.

The combined living / dining area offers enough space for 4 people. The sofa can be converted into a comfortable bed. In the living area, an LED flat screen is still waiting for a cozy TV evening.

In the bedroom there is a large wardrobe and a flat-screen TV in addition to the large 180x200cm bed.

The bathroom impresses with its size for a holiday apartment and offers a great advantage with a bathtub - especially in the cold season.

The apartment has a terrace with enough space to linger.

The entire outside area is well maintained and offers many opportunities for children with a swing, sandpit and a large playground. For bad weather there is a play room in the house with table tennis, table football and games.

In the main house you will find a sauna, which can be booked individually for little money after consultation.

There are sufficient parking spaces on the property.

In Bad Sachsa you will find all shops for everyday life and restaurants in every price range. Numerous leisure activities are offered in the spa park and a leisure center with adventure swimming pool, bowling alley and indoor playground complete the range of activities. In winter, the local mountain "Ravensberg" lures for skiing, cross-country skiing and tobogganing. A ski school and rental is in town.

Beautyful place.
Everything was fine, until we didn’t have any hot water at all for four days, which costed us 120 euro so we could go in the swim bad for the dusch four days in a row, but it came back the fourth evening at 5 pm. But overall it was a perfect stay.😃😃😃

Die Unterkunft hat das gehalten, was wir für den Preis erwartet haben. Es kommt immer darauf an was man erwartet. Spaß und gute Laune ist das wichtigste...und das hatten wir in dem Quartier. Immer wieder!!

Schlechte Kommunikation. Nachfragen wurden sehr spät beantwortet. Sehr späte Info über Schlüsselübergabe. Keine Info über Schlüsselrückgabe. Keine Info im Vorwege über Zahlung der Kurtaxe. Sauberkeit sieht anders aus.

Ankomstprocedure
Da vi intet på forhånd havde hørt fra udlejer, og da vi har været det før, tog vi for givet, at der var en reception som stod for udlevering af nøgler og anvisning af lejlighed. Kender var ingen til at anvise hvilken lejlighed og der var ingen til at udlevere nøgler. Kun ved et rent held traf vi en mand, som havde et telefonnummer til udlejer og som så fik udleveret kode til en nøgleboks og som så kunne låse os ind i lejligheden. Flere dage før afrejse, sendte vi mails til udlejer, for at høre, hvor og hvordan vi skulle aflevere nøglen igen, men vi fik aldrig nogen svar. Vi anbragte derfor blot nøglen på bordet og lukkede døren efter os. Vi har fortsat intet hørt fra nogen. Alt i alt er den totale mangel på ankomstprocedure en katastrofe. Vi var som sagt meget tæt på, slet ikke at kunne gennemføre vores planlagte ferie.
