Located in a small hamlet just 10 km from the cozy village of Eymet and 20 km from the town of Bergerac, this bright and modern house invites you to a great vacation in the Dordogne. On the first floor there is a large living room and a nice bedroom with adjoining bathroom. In the two bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, the ceiling height is low. Relax in the green garden and enjoy the sun on your terrace or balcony.

The decoration and location of the house in a valley overlooking the surrounding villages, promises a stay where the key words are relaxation and well-being.

Belle propriété
Accueil agréable de notre hôte qui nous a bien renseignés sur l’usage de la maison, les lieux à visiter et où se restaurer. La maison est très bien équipée, que cela soit pour cuisiner ou se divertir. La déco est très jolie et confortable.

Beautiful Views
A wonderful house with beautiful views, easy to keep cool and a fantastic pool to enjoy. We had a wonderful week. Just a few things people need to be aware of - Marc, the owner is lovely and helpful but does not speak English, we managed okay using our little bit of French. He asks for a 500 Euro security deposit on arrival which was not mentioned in the details, luckily we had enough cash on us. He will expect to take any damage out of this. He will thoroughly check the house before you go and does it expect it to cleaned. The house has wonderful facilities for families, with lots of space and things to keep little ones to teenagers entertained.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison est très propre et décorée avec goût, très bien équipée, l'extérieur est très agréable dans un environnement vraiment très calme. Le propriétaire a été très accueillant et nous à donné de bonnes adresses pour se régaler.
