The garden is 800 m² and has a small mixed forest and a large meadow. All in all charming. The decor of the house is simple, but nice and clean, see photos.
Location: In the immediate vicinity, about 250 meters away is one of three lakes, Peetzsee.
Nearby there are sandy beaches, 2 campsites, mooring sites. The nearest town is Grünheide with shopping and restaurant (1 km away).
Berlin-Mitte is 30 km away. By train or by car, you need 45-55 minutes to the city center of Berlin.
The nearest S-Bahn Hof is located in Fangschleuse, 3 km away, then Erkner, 7 km away.
Leisure activities: hiking, cycling, motorcycling, fishing, boating on the interconnected lakes.

Netter freundlicher Empfang, Super Betreuung während des Aufenthaltes. Alles Vorhanden was man im Alltag braucht. Guter Startpunkt um Ausflüge zu machen.

Sehr schöne Datsche mit Wald
Hervorragend ist der Kontakt mit dem vor Ort lebenden Verwalter und seiner Frau. Hier bekommt man auch gerne Hinweise und Geheimtipps. Das Gebäude selbst ist gut renoviert und bereits 100 Jahre alt. Insbesondere merkt man dies dem alten wunderschönen Baumbestand an. Es gibt ein urtümlichliches Gefühl. Die Umlage ist Hervorragend, viele Badestrände machen den Abschluss eines Familienurlaubstages leicht. Die Angebote sind vielfältig, in der nähe liegende Orte bieten erweiterte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten neben dem Supermarkt im Ort. Die Einreise nach Berlin ist von hier aus ebenfalls leicht. Zu bedenken gibt es, das eine Datsche etwas beengteren Wohnraum bietet, dies ist aber klar in der Annonce adressiert. Mit 65 qm ist diese aber auch für 4 Personen ausreichend. Die Ausstattung ist mit Wasch- und Spülmaschine insbesondere für Familien super. Insgesamt haben wir schöne Sommertage verleben können.

Geht so, gepflegt ist was anderes.
Nachdem Spinnweben und Spinnen mit dem Staubsauger beseitigt waren ließ es sich einigermaßen aushalten. Ein direkter Nachbar hatte aber eine gute Musikanlage mit der er uns kräftig beschallte, ein mal bis 01:30 Uhr. Wir sind danach vorzeitig abgereist.

Gelungener Urlaubsaufenthalt
Das Objekt ist von den Räumlichkeiten großzügig angelegt. Wir waren überrascht, dass sogar die Möglichkeit bestand, Wäsche zu waschen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.
