The tastefully furnished 2-bedroom cottage has a beautiful outdoor area with terrace and garden in a quiet and sunny location directly on the private beach. The private beach is only shared with the neighbors, which is however alone and also only on weekends occasionally on site. Overall, the well maintained house has a living space of approx. 50 m² and a terrace of approx. 10 m² with adjoining sun garden of approx. 35 m². Buoys are available on request. If you are longing for the rest of the world, free wireless internet access is available for you to navigate the internet. The house has a car parking. A staircase with about 50 steps leads you from here to your house directly on the lake. Pets are not allowed.
