Herzlich Willkommen. Unsere Ferienwohnungen befinden sich in Immenstaad / Kippenhausen.  Dieser, nur 1 km vom Bodensee entfernt gelegene Ortsteil, ist ein Geheimtipp unter Bodenseekennern. Er ist umgeben von Obstanlagen und Weinbergen. Unser Haus, mit herrlichem Garten und Liegewiese, liegt am Ortsrand von Kippenhausen. Wir vermieten zwei moderne Wohneinheiten* für jeweils 2 Personen. Die Umgebung bietet vielseitige Freizeitaktivitäten wie Wander- und Radtouren sowíe Ausflüge mit Bus und Schiff.  Im Ort befindet sich ein gut bürgerliches Restaurant und eine Besenwirtschaft. Schönes Studio mit 60 qm für 2 Personen und sonnigem Balkon, sowie gemütliches Appartement mit 45 qm und großem Balkon mit herrlichem Blick ins Grüne. Unser Haus, in idyllischer Lage mit großem Garten liegt 1 km vom See entfernt. Kabel-TV. Nichtraucherstudio.

Comfortabel en prachtig gelegen tweepersoons vakantieverblijf dichtbij de Bodensee
Een ruim tweepersoons verblijf aan de rand van een rustig dorp. Vanaf het balkon uitzicht op appelboomgaarden. In de verte is het meer te zien. Moderne lichte inrichting. Frisse, schone, mooi vormgegeven en praktisch ingerichte badkamer. Vriendelijke en discrete gastvrouw en gastheer scheppen condities voor een ontspannen verblijf. Ze kennen de streek heel goed en geven interessante tips voor uitstapjes. We hebben een heerlijke week gehad.
