We welcome you in our house. Enjoy the rural tranquility in the typical holiday region Ostfriesland. The ground floor, 110sqm accommodation has its own carport for your car. The accessible house includes a bright large living room with separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower and bath, separate toilet, storage room with washing machine and dryer. On the invisible terrace you have the opportunity in fresh country air, under a clear starry sky, watching the cows graze in the distance, to end the day. Garden furniture and barbecue are available.
For the children invites a climbing frame with swing and slide, as well as a sandbox on a fenced plot to play.

It is a Non smoking house.

The house is located in the district Logafeld, about 10 minutes by car from the city of Leer.
Shops are also nearby and easy to reach by bike.

Due to the central location and motorway connection you can explore Ostfriesland and the East Frisian Islands as a day trip.
If you like cycling, you are exactly right. We live in the middle of the Fehn and Dollardroute. The Fehnroute leads 165 km through Ostfriesland, Cloppenburg and the Emsland. As well as the dollar route with 206 km over Leer, Emsland and the province of Groningen.

Among other things, the Papenburger Meyerwerft, where all known luxury liners are built, may be of interest to you.
For the nature lovers, the Leeraner Wall hedges are certainly worth seeing.

Direkt am Bauernhof gelegene Ferienwohnung war echt schön,schöne Gegend leider weit weg vom Strand wo man mit Hund auch hindarf Überhaupt ist ein Urlaub mit Hund immer eine Herausforderung hier oben

Geräumig und gut eingerichtet
Das Haus ist geräumig, gut eingerichtet und überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt im Grünen, aber nicht abgelegen. Das Einkaufszentrum Ems Park ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Die Lage ist allerdings nicht so ruhig, wie man meinen könnte. Der benachbarte Bauernhof verursacht oft eine ziemliche Geräuschkulisse, an manchen Tagen schon ab 6 Uhr morgens.

Sehr schöne große Wohnung
Wir haben den Aufenthalt wie schon im letzten Jahr wieder genießen können. Einkaufszentren und die Innenstadt von Leer sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten gut zu erreichen. Der Empfang und die Begrüßung durch die Vermieterin war sehr herzlich. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

Schönes gepflegtes Objekt mit viel Platz für 6 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Tolles Objekt, ruhig gelegen und Milch gab es direkt nebenan vom Bauern!
