Studio Loft (3rd Floor) - Beautiful professionally-decorated loft apartment with private veranda located on Broad Street in Downtown Charleston, South Carolina. Located on the 3rd floor above real estate office. Finishes include heart pine floors, marble surfaces, white-washed brick walls & beams, high definition television & best location in town. 2 bicycles & beach chairs included. Very private. Optional parking ($20 per night) about 2 "city" blocks away, Adults only. No children or babies. No pets. No smoking inside. No smoking cigars on property.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.

Linens are included. Household items/appliances include coffee maker, microwave, cooktop stove (loft only) disposal, fridge, ice maker (loft only), pop-up toaster, tea kettle, blender, high-definition television, sound machine, hairdryer, iron & small ironing board, dishes, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, beach chairs & beach towels, cooler. Optional parking available in a dedicated space a few blocks away. Can be rented directly through owner after securing reservation. The fee will be included in your final payment.

Excellent loft apartment
Great location. Rustic but clean. Comfy bed. All you need to make a meal. On the third floor so, there are some stairs but, would recommend it highly.

We absolutely loved our stay! The loft is just as pictured! Very clean and cozy. The bed was so comfy! Kit and Judy were very accommodating and sweet. They made sure we had everything we needed and gave us some great recommendations for things to do! It is in the perfect location. We walked every where and didn’t have to rent a car which was a plus. We did take an Uber to Boone Plantation and to Sullivan’s Island, but everything else was within walking distance. Would 100% return and recommend to anyone else!

Great location in middle of everything
Wonderful spot, within walking distance to eating and tours. The loft is a perfect spot. Very easy to get around town . Would stay here again if I come down this way!

The location is ideal for a guest of the city as it is located in the middle of the historic Downtown area. Almost everything you would want to see in Historic Downtown Charleston is within 4 blocks of our location (The Battery, Waterfront Park & Pier, Exchange Building, historic mansions & churches, cobblestone streets, restaurants, bars,shopping, etc.). Dedicated parking space available for additional fee.

What makes this property unique

Beautiful deck overlooking Charleston's historic rooftops, modern renovation historic building dating to mid 1800's. Privacy is key as you are the only tenant of the third floor. Bikes are included for guests' exlusive use. Parking is not necessary for this location. However, if you need it, we have a dedicated space available a few blocks away for an added fee of $20 per day. Must be booked in advance through owner.
