The bungalow is suitable for 2 to 6 people with a private terrace and garden with garden furniture and free WiFi internet. The bungalow has a spacious hallway with wardrobes, 3 double bedrooms with hotel beds (box spring beds can be used as a double bed and also as a single bed), 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, modern, very fully equipped separate kitchen with dishwasher, living room with modern sofas and Dining area, modern SAT (LED) TV, HiFi system (suitable for Ipod / Iphone) and optional breakfast and bread service. Guests renting our bungalow can also use the facilities of the Bergblick guest house.

Ruime bungalow
Vriendelijk ontvangst door de eigenaren, met informatie over de omgeving. Zeer nette en ruime woning voor 6 personen, alles is aanwezig. Fijne bedden. 2 badkamer ook erg prettig! Keuken en wastafels zijn wat aan de lage kant, maar verder van alle gemakken voorzien, zelf een buitenplaats met zitgelegheid, parasol en wasrek! We ontvingen ook allemaal een Chirmgau Karte, waarmee we in de omgeving veel gratis activiteiten mochten bezoeken. Een aangename verrassing.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus - sehr lieblos gepflegt
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön gelegen, sowohl landschaftlich als auch sehr zentrumsnah in Ruhpolding. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie in der Nähe und fußläufig erreichbar. Der Grundriss des Hauses mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern, Küche, Wohn- und Essbereich sowie Terrasse lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Vermieter waren anfangs auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider nur bis zu dem Zeitpunkt als es zu einem Vorkommnis kam, welches aufgrund mangelhafter Unterhaltsleistungen an dem Ferienhaus passierte. Und zwar öffneten wir ein Bleiglasfenster im Bad zum Lüften. Beim Versuch es wieder zu schließen, fiel es aus den Angeln, schlug das angrenzende Waschbecken ab und verursachte Prellungen an beiden Unterschenkeln des Feriengastes. Eine sofortige telefonische Information des Vermieters führte lediglich zu einer Verabredung an nächsten Morgen. Dort schauten sie sich das Unheil an. Eine konkrete Inaussichtstellung zur Beseitigung des Schadens kam nicht, vielmehr befragte er uns, ob wir eine Haftpflichtversicherung hätten. Das war schon ziemlich unverschämt, da wir durch die baulichen Mängel an seinem Ferienhaus beeinträchtigt waren und nicht ihm unsererseits ein Schaden zugefügt wurde. Bis zur Abreise 3 Tage später war noch kein Anzeichen von Schadensbeseitigung. Insgesamt fehlt für dieses Ferienhaus die "liebevolle" Hand eines Handwerkers. An jeder Ecke hätte es etwas zu reparieren oder auszutauschen gegeben. Sehr sehr schade.
