Situated high at the end of a cul-de-sac, this vacation home built in 2010 spoils you with a great panorama of the bay of Lannion and the village of Locquirec.

Its large and very bright living room spoils you to the west with an unobstructed view of the sea and great sunsets. You can admire breathtaking sunsets here and enjoy a beautiful, well-kept garden. The house is semi-detached by a garage, but the neighbors, separated by a fence, have no view of your terrace. With its two shower rooms and two separate toilets, the house can very comfortably accommodate 6 people.

The village, with a cemetery next to the sea and delightful stone houses, is located between Lannion and Morlaix in the very west of the Cotes d'Armor. This location is therefore ideal to take the best advantage of the pink granite coast, the bay of Morlaix, rich in history and very beautiful, as well as the island of Batz, very typical of this region. Also explore Finistère, which awaits you with a beautiful nature.

This vacation home in Brittany promises a successful vacation by the sea.

Fijn huis op mooie locatie.
Het is een fijne woning. Alles is aanwezig. En het is iedere dag weer genieten van het prachtige uitzicht. Ik werd heel hartelijk ontvangen en de mensen waren ook snel beschikbaar bij vragen. De omgeving is prachtig en er is heel veel te doen. De plaats zelf is een leuke kleine kustplaats. Het was er nu wel rustiger dan normaal. Kom hier graag een keer terug.

Toller Aufenthalt in einem tollen Haus
Ein sehr tolles Haus mit sehr tollem Ausblick und Wohlfühlcharakter. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man für 14 Tage benötigt um sich selbst zu versorgen und um sich wohl zu fühlen. Es ist viel Platz vorhanden, die Räume sind hell und der Ausblick auf die Bucht ist jeden Tag aufs neue ein Erlebnis. Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich und die Betreuung während den 14 Tagen war wenn notwendig sehr gut. Wir haben uns rund herum wohl gefühlt und können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Schöner Ausgangspunkt für rosa Granitküste mit tollem Meerblick
Das Objekt ist ruhig etwas oberhalb des Strandes/der Geschäfte/Restaurants gelegen und liegt in einem Wohngebiet. Zu Fuß ist man über einen Privatweg in wenigen Minuten im Ort und am Strand. Der Ort ist natürlich gewachsen, ohne Bausünden, nicht touristisch. Vom Haus und Garten hat man einen sehr schönen Blick aufs Meer. Die Haus-Beschreibung und die Bilder geben die Realität gut wieder. Das Haus ist geräumig, so dass man es auch an Regentagen notfalls mit TV und DVD-Player gut dort aushält. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und dank Spülmaschine kann man sich auf den Urlaub konzentrieren. Der Empfang durch die Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, sie wohnen direkt oberhalb und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Für mich war es ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge von Dunes de Keremma bis Paimpol (jeweils ca. 1h entfernt). Ausgehend vom Ort gibt es auch eine schöne Wanderung entlang der Küste auf dem Zöllnerpfad Richtung Norden.
