This charming house is located in a quiet part of Tossa de Mar and offers the ideal blend of modern amenities and historical charm. Inside the house, you are greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living spaces are bright and airy, with subtle Mediterranean design accents and authentic country-style furnishings. The large windows offer a magnificent view of the Arabian castle that dominates the skyline of Tossa de Mar. After beautiful days at the beach, you can look forward to cozy evenings by the fireplace in the living room.

Traumhafte Lage ABER ....
Die Lage des Objekts hinsichtlich Erreichbarkeit von Strand und Altstadt und die Aussicht sind ein Traum. Noch dazu sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Jedoch muss man auf einige Mankos hinweisen. Es fängt damit an dass sich der Parkplatz (nicht wie angegeben) auf dem Grundstück befindet. Man kann auch nicht bis zum Haus hinfahren und muss das Gepäck über 60 Stufen den Berg hinuntertragen. Die Ausstattung ist charmant rustikal, was uns jedoch gestört hat, dass man unter einer Teilrenovierung z.B. im Bad fast nur den Austausch der Armaturen versteht. Die Dusche ist noch original gefliest aus den 50iger-Jahren. Das hat für uns dann keinen Charme mehr, sondern ist grenzwertig - vor allem zu dem Preis! Die Überraschung kam dann jedoch abends. Hier fielen plötzlich die Stechmücken über uns her und an Fenster und Türen gab es keine Fliegengitter. Man hatte dann nur noch zwei Möglichkeiten - sich den Mücken aussetzen (unsere Tochter hatte in einer Nacht 20! Stiche) oder am frühen Abend alle Fenster und Türen verschließen und im Haus fast ersticken. Für uns waren die Nächte daher unerträglich und wir waren froh, dass wir nur eine Woche gebucht hatten. Schade, denn ein paar Fliegengitter am Fenster oder ein Moskitonetz über den Betten hätte gereicht und der Urlaub wäre der Traum gewesen.

Traumhäuschen über Tossa de Mar
"Originalhaus" aus den (vermutlich) 50/60er Jahren in unglaublicher Lage. Einmalig, aber nichts für körperlich eingeschränkte Menschen, da viele Treppen. Unser Traumhaus.

Super maison!
Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. La maison est fonctionnelle, le point de vue est fantastique, elle est très bien située. On a été très bien accueilli.

Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage
wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen - schöne Lage oberhalb des Ortes und der Badebucht, mit tollem Blick, alles schnell zu Fuß über ein paar Stufen erreichbar. Tossa ist ein nettes Städtchen, die Badebucht war in der Nebensaison zum Glück nicht überfüllt. Nebenan wird gerade gebaut, aber die Beeinträchtigungen hielten sich sehr in Grenzen. Die Betreuung durch die ortsansässige Agentur war sehr gut. Die Küchenausstattung war ausreichend aber nicht umwerfend. Der Tisch im Wohnzimmer war für 4 Personen nur eingeschränkt nutzbar, aber zum Glück konnten wir fast immer draußen sitzen.
