About our Home...
Just 4 homes separating you from the award-winning Avalon beach. Our home boasts four large bedrooms and three full baths that combined sleeps 11 (in beds)+ a spare pull-out couch. A large upstairs open living area consists of two bedrooms, two full baths, living, dining room, and a nicely equipped kitchen.

There is a large front deck with ocean views and a rear private second story deck overlooking the pool.

The lower level consists of two bedrooms, full bath, plus a large den with a beverage and snack area that was recently renovated. The best part of this renovation is that the den now has direct view and access to the pool area that opens to a new protected entertainment and lounge area.

We offer all of the amenities you need for your home-away-from-home. Gas grill, patio furniture and loungers, wet bar and ice-maker for the adults. X-box, WiFi, multiple TVs, Streaming devices, DVDs and a huge 12 x 34’ pool for kids of all ages.

Please note that like most Jersey shore rentals we only offer weekly rentals during Peak season (Mid-May - Mid Sept) with check-in and check-out on Saturdays. Long weekends and other options available with a 3 night minimum during the rest of the year. If you are having problems finding your preferred dates during peak season make sure you enter Sat check-in and 7 night stay.

Family Get Away Weekend
We had a great time down in Avalon for a long weekend. The house was beautiful and spacious. We were three couples and 3 babies. It was great that each family had their own bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The backyard is beautiful. Hoping to go back in the summer to enjoy the pool. Very close to the beach. Mike the host was great. He was in touch with us from the beginning to end with any concerns we may have had. Which was none! Looking forward to another weekend at this beautiful home!

Avalon vacation
Great location on a beautiful beach block. The house had more than enough space and featured a nice, large pool with an outdoor bar/TV. Great space to wind down after a day at the beach.

Awesome summer stay
Mike is absolutely amazing to work with. Hes attentive, responsive, pleasant and helpful. The house was immaculate and wonderful for our family (2 adults and 5 teenagers). Quiet street simple walk to the beach each day. The pool was a daily hit with the kids. The garage refrigerator and the extra beverage fridge in the room off the pool were extremely helpful for drinks. Plenty of room to spread out indoors and outdoors. Our only sadness was packing up to go home. I wish we couldve stayed another week!!! Thank you Mike for being such a great host.

Shore Vacation
There is nothing like the Jersey Shore for vacation! When our kids were growing up we would go to Avalon every summer. This year was our return but with grand kids. I highly recommend 58 15th St. if you are looking looking for a great house and location. Everything about this home made it great for our group! Very clean and spacious with everything we needed!

As parents of three young children, we know the challenges that a family vacation entails. We tried to think of all the amenities we enjoy when vacationing and put them together into one great experience. We hope you and your family have the opportunity to vacation here and enjoy all there is to offer in beautiful Avalon, NJ.

Why they chose this property

Why Avalon? location, location, location! One of only a few beach-block single family rental homes with a pool in all of seven-mile island. Just a few steps away from beautiful Avalon beach – voted best beach in mid-Atlantic. Our beach is lifeguard protected and 1 block from a designated surfing beach and a designated boogie board beach. Located in the quiet north end of town, yet only five blocks from town center. Leave your car and walk to great restaurants, bars, and your morning coffee.

What makes this property unique

This home has the best of everything. A private pool in your back yard, two second story decks (front and back) and a covered pool-side patio to get away from that mid-day sun. In 2015 we completed a major den make-over and added a wetbar and direct access to the pool via huge 10-ft double sliding doors. We cater to families and so our home also provides a great area for the kids on the lower level complete with TV, DVDs and video game collection - while the adults can relax on the second level deck and enjoy the ocean views or take a swim in the private pool.
