Our 120 sqm penthouse apartment is on the top floor of an apartment building and offers you access to the balcony from every room with a view of the Cretan Sea or the White Mountains. The modern and comfortably furnished apartment offers space for 4-6 people. It has one bedroom with a king-size bed, another with two single beds and a third with a sofa bed for 2 people. The spacious, light-flooded living room has a dining area, comfortable seating and another large sofa from which you can watch TV and look out over the sea. The kitchen is equipped with every comfort, dishwasher, electric stove with ceramic hob, microwave, large fridge and freezer, and a small dining area. Coffee machine, toaster and kettle are of course also available. The bathroom is classically modern with
a bathtub and toilet, the smaller bathroom has a sink with toilet.
There is an elevator in the house that will take you comfortably to the top floor. The apartment is centrally located near the city center and near the beach. You can walk to the beach with the best fish taverns in Chania in 10 minutes, the nearest supermarket is about 400 m away, which would take you to the city center. The Venetian harbor can also be reached in 10 minutes on foot. There is a parking lot for our guests directly at the house.
