The villa consists of two suites (each about 35 m²) with a bedroom and a separate living area that offers a sofa bed for two additional beds. Each suite has its own bathroom with shower / toilet and window as well as a terrace with a view of nature. The third living area of Las Higueras is a double room with bathroom en suite (approx. 22 m²) and its own access to the spacious veranda.

The loft-like living and dining area (60 m²) is the center of the villa. Generous windows and large sliding doors let the soft Mediterranean light flow in and offer you a breathtaking view of the Tramuntana Mountains on the one hand and the small town of Montuiri and the Randa Mountain on the other. You also have this view from the long dining table, which can seat up to 10 people.

The cozy lounge area with a comfortable sofa and a fireplace is the ideal environment for your relaxation, especially in the cooler season. Of course you will also find a flat screen TV with satellite connection, a DVD player, a music system, games and a small library.

The living rooms of the villas are each equipped with air conditioning.

The approximately 12 x 3.5 meter infinity pool is long enough to let you swim your lanes. Cooling down and refreshment are guaranteed. Practical are the additional pool shower and the additional pool toilet, which you can reach directly from the pool via the small veranda.

The pool terrace below the pool, the small courtyard between the two suites and above all the roof terrace (approx. 40 m²) offer you opportunities for retreat and rest.

Villa Las Higueras is located in the middle of a 24,000 m² property and marks the highest point in the area. The well-kept property is home to a variety of fig, olive and almond trees. The villa has no direct neighbors and is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Absolute privacy is guaranteed.

All Las Higueras buildings are powered by renewable energy. Photovoltaics, solar thermal and pellet heating ensure self-sufficient supply. A generator is available as a safety reserve. It is out of earshot.

The existing WiFi offers you optimal access to the Internet in all rooms and on the terraces.

Palma de Mallorca Airport is around 25 minutes away by car. Palma city is about 35 minutes by car. There are direct shops in Lloret de Vistallegre, around three kilometers away, or in Montuiri, around five kilometers away.

Due to the central location on the island, all sights and excursion destinations are easily accessible. The nearest beach is around 25 minutes away by car.
