Apartment STUBE 8 Casa Patrizia Rooms & Apartments

Old farmhouse built around 1 7 0 0. In the center of the small village of Malosco. In the middle of mountain culture from then and now.
STUBE 8 - our apartment of approx. 55 sqm on the second floor is suitable for 2-6 people. It has a double room, a twin room with a bunk bed and a sofa bed (140X200) in the living room.
In the living room there is a kitchenette with a cooker (induction), a microwave, a dishwasher and a refrigerator. Pots and cookware, as well as glasses and plates, everything is available. The apartment has a bathroom with bathtub, as well as another day toilet with shower.
TV with Italian and German channels, as well as free internet WIFI FREE.
Casa Patrizia Rooms & Apartments offers a large garden for all guests with tables and chairs, parasols and deck chairs. Lounge and cozy sitting areas for pleasant chatting are also freely available.
An iron with ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning agents are available. Baby cot and high chair on request.
Bed linen and towels, as well as kitchen towels are included in the price.
The price shown is for 2 guests, for each additional guest 15 euros / day / person will be charged.

Gemütliche Wohnung in einer tollen Gegend
Wir haben die zwei Wochen im Sommer sehr genossen. Das Haus ist liebevoll hergerichtet, in der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Lage auf ca. 1000 m Höhe war gerade nachts sehr vorteilhaft, da die Luft nachts auf angenehme Temperaturen abgekühlt ist. Auch tagsüber war es zwar ordentlich warm, aber nicht ganz so heiß wie im Tal. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Die ganze Gegend ist traumhaft schön und hat uns sehr beeindruckt.

Zeer compleet appartement (Stube 1) aan de rand van een leuk dorpje
Stube 1 is een groot appartement met twee slaapkamers, waaronder één met een stapelbed en één met een tweepersoonsbed, een ruime keuken, woonkamer en eigen terras met ligstoelen en een een tafel om aan te eten met vier stoelen. Binnen blijft het appartement redelijk koel bij warm weer. De keuken is voorzien van vrijwel alle denkbare apparatuur. Het appartement maakt onderdeel uit van een oude gerenoveerde boerderij. Stube 1 biedt veel privacy en is zeer geschikt voor een gezin met twee kinderen.

Ruhig und absolut sauber
Liegt am Ortsrand es war ales was man brauchte vorhanden sogar eine Waschmaschine. Man sollte aber ein Fahrzeug dabei haben besonders zum einkaufen die Straßen sind doch recht steil. Super nette Verwalterin. Gerne wieder.

Große Enttäuschung
Diese Unterkunft ist nicht für einen Familienurlaub geeignet. Im italienischen Internet nur als Bed & Breakfast ausgewiesen. Veraltete ,sehr enge Sanitäranlagen mit Geruchsbelästigung. Wohnraum für 6 Personen zu klein.Küche zu klein.Kein Urlaubsflair.Abgeschiedene Gegend.Garten und Gesamtzustand des Gebäudes entspricht nicht den Bildern im Internet.
