My accommodation is close to the beach, a golf club, the center of La Cala de Mijas and the motorway exit. You will love my accommodation because of the view, the spacious terrace, the interior design of the apartment and the surroundings. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers traveling alone, and families (with children).
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the two-story complex with pools and impresses with its wonderfully large terrace with a dream view, as well as its bright and luxurious furnishings in all rooms and the 2 fully equipped bathrooms, air conditioning, camera-monitored entrance area, underground parking, elevator, etc.
The elevator takes you from the underground parking lot directly to the front door of your apartment. There you will find a spacious entrance hall with a cloakroom and shoe cabinet, a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, etc.) at the end of which a bright washroom with an automatic washing machine and storage room borders.
The comfortably furnished dining area offers enough space. In the adjoining living area you can expect a high-quality leather couch where you can make yourself comfortable after a day at the beach, an excursion or a round of golf and gaze out through the large windows and review what you have experienced.
Or you can make yourself comfortable on the lounge furniture of the wonderful terrace with a fantastic view over the golf course and the sea and end the day with a good glass of wine.
On the terrace you can also take your meals in the separate dining area and z. B. start the day with breakfast.
You can regain strength for the next day in the queen size bed in the master bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows and access to the terrace. You can also go straight from the master bedroom to an en-suite bathroom.
There are built-in closets in both bedrooms.
The second bedroom has two single beds for guests and the associated, separate bathroom is right next to it.
If you prefer to spend a relaxing day without a program or would like to start with a swim in the pool; No problem.... The complex has a beautifully landscaped garden with community - swimming pools, sun beds and showers.
This corresponds to the latest requirements, including the private underground car park, the security, two swimming pools, sauna, outdoor jacuzzi and fitness room. Chill-out and lay-out areas have been redesigned.
We use a property manager who is our closest neighbor, who looks after the locksmith, cleaning and general administration. He will contact you about arrival and departure, key delivery ect. put in touch.
Report any maintenance problems (broken, missing, leaking, etc.) to our property manager.
Your laundry service provides bed linen and towels for the apartment.
You have to bring your own beach towels.
We would expect guests to treat the apartment with care of it, as if it was yours and leave it at the end of their stay as they found it upon arrival (typical basic cleaning needed, of course).
Use water and power as needed, but please don`t waste it, resources are scarce and expensive in Spain.
We would love if you were as ecologically minded as possible.
Quit between 10 pm and 7 am.
100% non-smoking property inside & out. If the apartment smells like smoke when you return it, you must pay a 100 euro cleaning charge.
Take the trash with you in your car each day when you leave the apartment and deposit in bins outside the property gate. Leaving trash outside the door or anywhere else on the grounds is subject to a fine by the condominium association.
Only those listed on the reservation may stay in the apartment
