Very quiet and sunny location between the sea and shopping. The house is located on the outskirts of Denia, only 9 min. Walk from the beach. Supermarket, bakery, restaurants etc. nearby. The marina and the historic center of Denia can be reached in about 15 minutes. Els Poblets is located in the north of the Marina Alta region and one of the closest big town Alicante. It is located near the mountains on the edge of the Mediterranean. But not only the location but also the mild climate attract visitors every year from all over Europe in the small village.

Denia - Els Poblets is served by both Alicante and Valencia airports with a journey time approximately 1 hour, and the national road N-332 via motorway 7 Salida 62nd.
