The apartment is located in Brissago (Ticino) in the part Piodina. It is in a quiet and sunny location, with a wonderful panoramic view of Lake Maggiore and the mountains.

In 2014/2015 the apartment was renovated and now has a new kitchen and a new bathroom with washing machine.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-family house. The second apartment is hardly used outside school holidays.

In the apartment there are two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The apartment also has a terrace with a fireplace and a sitting and dining area, which is covered by a large parasol. Also includes a lawn and the shared use of the pool.

Parking is available. Pets are not allowed!

The village center can be reached on foot in 10, by car in 5 minutes. Two minutes walk from the house is also a bus stop, which is served weekdays.

- Final cleaning: once per object costs in the amount of 93. 01 EUR (compulsory).
- Bed linen: to rent once per person for 23. 25 EUR (compulsory).
- Towels: per object and day included in the price (compulsory).
- Electricity: included in the price per object per day.
- Local tax / tourist tax: per person per day 3.02 EUR (mandatory).
