The cozy traditional stone holiday villa 'Villa Chrissie Marie' of the vintage 2000, was renovated in April 2018 with great attention to detail in the Cretan style, taking into account today's modernity.

There is a heater for the private saltwater pool spa area added. The pool measures 5.00 mx 4.00 mx 1.10 m and is ideal for cooling off.

The house is unique in its construction and you will not find anything comparable here in the Messara Plain as a holiday home. It is very special. The Villa Chrissie Marie (120 μ² living space, 350 μ² plot), with 4 terraces, located on the outskirts of Pitsidia in a beautiful idyll but not secluded.

The green entrance area with roses, herbs, lemon trees and grapevines invites you to enjoy the first moment of your vacation.
In the upper entrance area with white plank floor, there is the kitchen with Cretan sofa, dining table. This is equipped with: dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, juicer, kitchen blender, iron / ironing board, microwave, air conditioning etc. The stove (gas E-combination) and oven are of the company SMEG. The fridge has a large freezer.

Two steps lead to the sleeping gallery with air conditioning and the covered terrace. Directly from the 1.80 m wide double bed with COCO mat mattress, you have a breathtaking view of the Messara Plain and the Ida Mountains. The adjacent bathroom has another highlight, the 'Minoan' bathtub, natural stone sink and many other nice details.

From the living - kitchen area leads the newly created and covered outside staircase in the newly designed lower part of the house. Here you will find two beautiful bright and spacious bedrooms with air conditioning, each with a double bed 1.60 M, and throughout new COCO-Mat mattress, and each room has its own en suite shower room / WC.

All beds are unlimited at the foot!

It can stay in the house up to 6 people comfortably.

One bedroom leads into the former Patatirio = Weinstampfkeller. The bright and spacious bathroom has a washing machine, clothes dryer, vanity, spacious shower and toilet. The extension of the roof terrace has created a beautiful bright anteroom.

Not only do you have a great view of the Ida Mountains and the new heated private pool measuring 5.00 mx 4.00 mx 1.10 m, but also the newly created sun terrace. An outdoor shower is available.
