Conveniently accessible by elevator, the ground-floor and generously proportioned Ferienwohnung Küche on the second floor offers a phenomenal view of the Baltic Sea, the mouth of the Schleimündung and the lighthouse as well as the sailing and marina of the OstseeResort.

Spiced with highlights: Relaxing over the waves or sunbathing on the harbor side, two balconies provide a pure holiday feeling. Meanwhile, Finnish sauna, floor-level shower and whirlpool with water view provide for wellness moments.

Flooded with light and with a phenomenal view of the water through floor-to-ceiling window fronts, the living-dining area of ​​the modernly furnished Ferienwohnung Küstenküche is designed. On the massive dining table in front of the stove, cozy on the sofa or out of the open and very high-quality kitchen out - the water view of the vastness of the Baltic Sea is a real experience and clear thoughts free rein. From here you can reach the balcony over the waves and is now truly ON the sea.

Two bedrooms have a view of the Marina of the Baltic Sea resort and can accommodate four adults. The adjacent to both rooms balcony invites you to relax with all day sun. Two more sleeping places are available on a comfortable sofa bed in the third bedroom.

The fully equipped bathroom makes wellness hearts beat faster, because in addition to Finnish sauna and walk-in shower, this convinces with a whirlpool and a direct view of the Baltic Sea. In addition, the apartment has a guest toilet.

Die Aussicht ist fantastisch und entstresst unbeschreiblich. Ich kann hier hervorragend an meinen Konzepten arbeiten. War schon lange nicht mehr so kreativ. Habe festgestellt, dass die Wohnung auch absolut behinderten gerecht ist, vom Aufzug in die 2. Etage bis zur breiten Dusche, in die jemand mit Rollator ungehindert fahren könnte. Gefallen haben mir auch die Verdunklungsvorhänge. Die Küche ist so ausgestattet, dass ich die meisten Gerichte kochen konnte. Danke für die Thermoskanne ! Für das oberste Fach der Hängeschränke war ich fast zu klein. Jede große Perso wird dankbar sein ;o). Die Idee, eine zweite Dusche mit im Raum des Gäste WC unterzubringen, finde ich klasse, sie entzerrt die Morgenroutine, wenn gleichzeitig mehrere Personen in der Wohnung wohnen. Aber auch für allein Reisende ist diese Wohnung wunderbar geeignet. Würde sehr gern wieder kommen ;o)
