The villa is located on a lushly landscaped, 4000 square meters of land and consists of three storeys. It also has a nice pool (9 m x 3.5 m, depth 1 m to 1.70 m, in the off-season heated) and three terraces offering a wonderful view over the hills of Grasse.
On the ground floor is the living room with large open fireplace, the spacious and well-equipped kitchen (gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, ...), a separate toilet and a long corridor that houses a wall of books and leads to the first floor.
From the living room opens onto a shaded terrace where you can dine outdoors.
From the kitchen you get on the other hand in a beautiful veranda, which leads to a small covered terrace with wisteria, and you are free to look at the garden with its cactus collection.
In the First Floor are two bedrooms. The first is equipped with two single beds pushed together (90 cm x 200 cm) and a shower room. The second is furnished with two single beds pushed together (cm x 200 cm, electric operation 90); Moreover, it has its own independent bathroom with toilet.
A steep staircase leads to the attic two further sleeping facilities (a 140 cm wide double bed and two 90 cm wide single beds); since this is an open space, it is more suitable for two people, two young people, for example.
Further on this floor you will find a bathroom with toilet and a storage room, where you can clean up your luggage.
In the basement there is finally an independent accommodation with an open kitchen (electrical plates, microwave, refrigerator), a shower room with toilet and a small bedroom (2 single beds 90 cm). This accommodation has its own terrace, which also offers a beautiful view over the surrounding hills.
They also have a washing machine, a television, a barbecue and a fourth terrace under the foliage, ideal for a siesta in the shade.
