o    We do not charge a security deposit and instead we hold a CC to place on file just like a hotel.

o    Occupancy is limited to (max occupancy), any additional guest will be charged at $250/person/day

o    No Bachelor Parties, Weddings or Other Events

o    No loud noise after 9pm. Violation could result in removal without refund.

Before we offer one of our exclusive vacation villas to a guest, we personally visit and evaluate every aspect of what you can expect on your stay. Our 150-point quality standards inspection ensures that each and every villa and estate in our portfolio is within the strict requires we — and you — expect.

We take care of the stressful part of organizing travel:

- researching luxury accommodations

- negotiating with owners and making sure we get the best deal possible

REAL luxury, worth every penny!

ENORMOUS! We felt like famous people living the LIFE. This is the greatest view of the city, and loved watching the sunset with a cocktail in hand. LOVED the view, and will definitely renting this property for the next girls trip!

This property is BEAUTIFUL! I loved it as soon as I saw it online, and it was even better in person! It was great for entertaining, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time here! The villa specialist showed us around, and also gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area! 10/10

HolidayRental does it right!

We rented this property for a long weekend of golf (90 holes in three days). There were eight guys who all stayed at the house and it couldn't have been better. The layout was prefect, the kitchen was awesome, the outdoor space was fantastic and the property owner was super responsive as well as totally accommodating to our group.

Perfection!!!

I can't speak more highly of this home, the location or the owners/managers. My family and I stayed here while we were in town for a wedding. The house is beautiful and tastefully decorated - anything you'd need for a long stay is on-site making it feel like a home away from home. The views are amazing, it's close to both Scottsdale and the very hip Arcadia area of Phoenix. Ubers seem to be within minutes any time we requested and it's a short drive from the airport. So many great restaurants and golf close by. It happened to be my mother's birthday while we were in town - Ryan offered amazing suggestions for dinner and deserts, and the best spots for catching some those famous Arizona sunsets! If our travels bring us back to the Phoenix / Scottsdale area - I'll be sure to stay at this location!!
