This nice vacation home in the beautiful countryside around Rieti, 1.3 km from Poggio Mirteto and 2.5 km from Poggio Catino, is located in a panoramic position on the land of a farm. Besides fruit trees, palm trees and hazelnuts, the owners produce, among other things, a distinctive olive oil ?extra virgin d?oliva ? Rome can be reached in just an hour by car or comfortably by train, only 10 minutes by car from the accommodation there is a small train station. It is an ideal starting point to visit also the northern Lazio, the ancient Tuscany region with Viterbo (71 km) or the nearby Umbria (Orvieto 87 km, Narni 50 km). The house is located on the property of the estate but with its own driveway gate and private entrance, thus offering total privacy. A garden with olive and fruit trees surrounds the house. At your disposal is a pool with pink Himalayan salt infused water, this offers a Jacuzzi function over the entire surface. Furthermore, a patio equipped with barbecue and garden furniture overlooking the hills and the pool below is at guests' disposal.
