Home on time at the edge of the Documenta city of Kassel

Temporary accommodation for holidaymakers or for temporary work or for visiting friends. Suitable as a Monteur apartment. Visit to the World Heritage Site Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. Every five years the world art exhibition Documenta. Friendly, bright modern furnished and equipped apartment for up to 2 people. Quiet location in a cul-de-sac in the old town center of Ochshausen, directly on the outskirts of Kassel (to the city center about 6 km). Very quiet house. Hallway, living room, bedroom, kitchen and shower. Garden / joint use. Kitchen with dishwasher, oven. Washing machine in separate building. (No rest). TV, W-LAN, bicycle hire. Shopping at discounter within 500 m distance. Other high quality shopping in the resort. In the summer: public outdoor swimming pool 5 minutes on foot. During the day every 15 minutes direct straight line bus service to the city center of Kassel. Driving time approx. 15 minutes. Cycle path to the city center along a stream and along the Aue-Park (comfortable 30 minutes drive). Parking space for cars on the property. Quiet, safe and clean pets allowed. Only for non-smokers.

Entspannte Auszeit
Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse. Der Vermieter hat an alles gedacht. Bettwäsche ist vorhanden, ein Verpflegungspaket stand zur Verfügung und sogar eine Wegbeschreibung für eine Hunderunde lag aus. Vielen Dank!

Die Wohnung wirkt freundlich und ist sehr praktisch und funktionell eingerichtet. Zur Begrüßung war der Kühlschrank überraschenderweise sogar mit leckeren Sachen gefüllt.

Schöne Wohnung für Ruheliebende
Diese nett eingerichtete Wohnung ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Gutes großes Doppelbett. Im Haus ist es sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen kleinen Garten zur Mitbenutzung. Die sympathischen Vermieter haben den Kühlschrank zur Begrüßung mit ein paar Getränken und einer Wurst der Region gefüllt. Viel Infomaterial.
