No, this is not a backdrop - living and eating with a view of the water is a favorite holiday in this holiday home. The light-flooded and open-plan living and dining area is located in the upper living area of the floating holiday anchor light. While huge windows allow a phenomenal all-round view, the adjoining terrace invites to shared barbecues with sunset guarantee. From this terrace you can reach the 30 m² roof terrace with sun all day and an all-round view over the marina, the Schlei and its mouth into the Baltic Sea via an external staircase. All amenities include the adjacent to the living area modern and high quality equipped kitchen.

Below deck is the sleeping area of the floating house. An experience is the master bedroom, because from the luxurious box spring bed guest can fall asleep and wake up in front of the water. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a terrace directly adjoining the bedroom make the tour of the house possible. Another bedroom with comfortable sliding to each other single box spring beds is also located on the lowest level of the house. Additional entertainment is provided by large LED TVs in both bedrooms. Wellness on the water and brushing your teeth with sea views ... The floating house Anker light has a Finnish sauna in bay window solution - of course, with water views. Refreshment after the sauna session is offered by the swimming ladder directly at the house. Also on the first level opposite the sauna is a shower room. In addition to your own reflection, the waves dance here.

Especially child-friendly: A staircase protection on the first floor and two lifejackets for children from 2-7 years or max. 30kg.

A private parking space is located in the immediate vicinity of the floating jetty.

And if you want to come with your boat, you can park it at your own boat mooring directly at the house.

Our favorite place: lying in the box spring bed of the master bedroom as if on clouds and enjoying the sunset in front of the water.
