Only 230 meters to the nearest beach! Villa Nila is a beatifully decorated holiday home on the far south of Istria.
The village Premantura, where the villa is located is surrouned with sea in all directions! The world famous national park "Kamenjak" is only minutes from the house, and features a unique astounding beach, on the most southern point of Istria,
with views only to the adriatic sea!

The house has a private and fenced garden, with parking for at least 4 cars. With 5 bedrooms, the house has enough place for up to 11 people. The basement has a large open area with a large dining table for 10 people. The ground floor has a large living room, large kitchen, bathroom and three bedrooms. There is a jacuzzi tub on the terrace. On the first loor, there are two more bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a covered terrace.

Villa Nila will give you a true feeling of a vacation on the sea. Only minutes away from the beach, so close to Pula and its historic monuments, great restaurants and fun events.

Tolle Lage und viel Platz!
Das Haus hat sehr viel Platz und liegt in einer tollen Lage nahe dem Naturschutzgebiet. Manches im Haus hat leider nicht so funktioniert, wie im Inserat versprochen. Der Jakusi wurde nicht warm und im Bad konnte man auch nicht alles benutzen. Wenn dies alles wieder in Schuss gebracht wird, ist es eine tolle Unterkunft.

Alles super, bis auf die Strandnähe
Objekt absolut in Ordnung. Vermieter war immer zu erreichen und hatte ein offenes Ohr für alles. Umgebung war sehr schön. Einziges Manko für uns war, dass es in unmittelbarer Nähe keinen Strand gab, den man mit kleinen Kindern fußläufig hätte erreichen können. Die Buchten, die in der Nähe angezeigt werden, sind keine Badebuchten und sind auch nur sehr schwer zu erreichen. Ansonsten ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Es war ein schöner Urlaub. Leider war der Strand nicht in unmittelbarer nähe, man muss mit dem Auto hinfahren. Sonst alles Top.

Sehr schön
Das Haus unterteilt sich in 3 Apartments, so das jeder eine Rückzugsmöglichkeit hat. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und die Klimatisierung funktionierte super. Leider ist die Ausstattung der Küche nicht gut. Keine Topflappen trotz Gasherd. Keine großen Gläser, keine Schere. Ansonsten war das Haus sehr schön.
