The massive dining table with stylish chairs, which provide refreshing color accents, as well as a comfortable seating area with a view of the water invite you to slow down together. On the adjacent terrace, directly on the idyllic Schlei bank, you can spoil your loved ones with grilled meat from the Weber kettle grill or watch the goings-on on the Schlei in the beach chair.

Two bedrooms with TV offer space for four adults and give access to the second terrace, which promises full-day sun with a south orientation.

The large bathroom makes wellness hearts beat faster, because in addition to a whirlpool, it also has a sauna (infrared cabin).

A private parking space is located directly in front of the house. And if you arrive with bicycles, you can comfortably do so in your own storage room
