Detached 5-star country house under thatch with 200 square meters of living space on a huge plot. Directly at Binz in the small thatched-roof village Pantow (idyllic between Schmachter lake and Stresower bay), only 3.5 km to Binz.
The large garden area offers a wonderful playing area.
The carport with lockable area z. B. for bicycles has space for 2 vehicles. Other vehicles can be parked in the immediate vicinity of the house.
The Landhaus Wildrose has 5 bedrooms, 4 modern bathrooms, well equipped kitchens and living areas of up to 80 sqm. There are telephone and LED flat-screen TVs available.
The house has a balcony or Outdoor. Bed linen, towels, washing machine and dryer are included in the rent. There is no additional tax, which normally € 2.60 per night and person is !!
There are only a few 5-star country houses on Rügen and in the Binzer area no other houses under thatch and with a 5-star rating of the DTV (German tourist board), you

Leider konnte das geplante checkin nur zeitverzögert stattfinden, da die vorherigen Feriengäste das Haus erst gg.13.00 Uhr verlassen haben. Die Agentur hat in der Beschreibung inseriert, dass es bis Binz nur 11 Gehminuten sind. Mit dem Auto sind es 11 Minuten. Das stimmt also nicht. Leider war es nicht ganz so sauber (bspw. unter den Betten). Das Haus selbst ist sehr gemütlich und empfehlenswert.

Schönes Haus
Der Aufenthalt war schön. Auf ein Auto ist man definitiv angewiesen. Die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können. Das Haus wurde sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.

Superunterkunft!
Die Lage des Objekts ist auf den ersten Blick ein wenig "na ja...", aber auf den zweiten Blick hervorragend. Ausstattung prima! Leider war es im Haus seeeehr kalt, hätte vielleicht ein/zwei Tage vorgeheizt werden können bei den Außentemperaturen. Aber sonst alles top!

Familienurlaub auf Rügen
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, hatten allen Komfort eines Ferienhauses. Das Haus ist sehr schön, ruhig gelegen, großzügig aufgeteilt, mit Komplettausstattung, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Räume waren gut geheizt, so dass wir auch bei den kalten Temperaturen draußen immer ein wohliges Gefühl hatten. Wir kommen gern wieder und können das Ferienhaus für eine große Familie nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank Anka Schenzel und Familie

Tolle Unterkunft
Wir waren als große Familie in diesem Haus, wir haben also beide Wohnungen gemeinsam belegt. Die untere Wohnung haben wir lediglich zum Schlafen genutzt, auch wenn sie genauso toll ausgestattet war wie die obere. In der oberen Wohnung haben wir uns aufgehalten, falls wir nicht in der schönen Umgebung spazieren gegangen sind oder mal eben nach Binz gefahren sind. Gemeinsam Kochen an der großzügigen Kochinsel, gemeinsam Spielen am großen Küchentisch, plaudern und lachen auf den Sofas. Es war tiefenentspannt. Die Schlafzimmer gut, die Badezimmer alle perfekt sauber. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!
