Enjoy an open floor plan with a great room providing spectacular ocean views right from your
cozy reading spot in the living room, from the dining table, or even from the kitchen. Enjoy
your favorite shows on the large television, read from the library of books provided, tackle a

Plan an elegant dinner in your fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has everything you’ll need but if dining out is
your preference, there are a number of great restaurants very close to Elua Villages. Additional
restaurants and shopping is just down the street at the well-known Shops at Wailea.
The master bedroom is quite large and features a king bed, two nightstands with reading
lamps, a triple dresser with storage, a walk in closet with a safe for your valuables, and a desk.
The master bath features a large soaking jetted tub for relaxing after a busy day as well as a
large soaker shower head and a hand-held sprayer. Private sliding doors can be opened to
spend a leisurely morning on the shaded lanai with your morning coffee to watch the gentle
surf roll into Ulua beach and a beautiful view of the sunrise. In the evening, get lulled to sleep
by the gentle waves of the ocean.
The second bedroom features two twin beds that can easily be converted via existing wall
brackets into a king bed. This bedroom also offers private sliding doors onto the lanai or the
beautifully landscaped lawn. This bedroom has a full bathroom with shower.
Both bedrooms have their own televisions so everyone can relax in bed to watch their favorite
programming. Mattresses are covered with antibacterial and mite-proof covers to protect you

What a Beautiful Location and Property
We just returned from our family vacation in Wailea and what an amazing trip it was. This unit was absolutely perfect! The setting and location is non less than perfect! I was surprised that the last review for this property was so long ago because it is so nice. If you're looking for a place to call home for your Hawaii getaway I would absolutely stay here . . .what a relaxing and beautiful place. You are literally ocean front and can just sit on your lanai and watch the world go by. We spent many mornings and nights just taking it all in . . . Thanks for putting our family vacation over the top :-)

Our Stay At 1703 Was Great!
Our one-week stay in 1703 met every one of our expectations. The unit is roomy, nicely furnished, and well decorated. It's view and proximity to the beach cannot be beat. 1703 is well equipped with every item needed by family who intends on using the unit as a home away from home. We readily recommend this unit to all who are looking for home away from home just steps from a beautiful beach and stunning sunsets. Our thanks go out to the Mitchell family for allowing us the opportunity for this tremendous stay.

Why they chose this property

From Elua 1703 you can stroll to breakfast, lunch or dinner to some of the best dining spots on the island.  The Wailea Coastal Walking Path will lead you there. Enjoy one of Wailea’s spectacular sunsets as you venture out to listen to fine music, sip some of the world’s best wines, a local beer, or an exotic drink.  Try out the spa at the Four Seasons, and shop for something new to wear…a magical piece of jewelry perhaps. If you journey to the end of the path you will experience the cliffs of Wailea Point, and pass through a Native Hawaiian Coastal Garden, with the sound of waves below, hitting the cliffs of black lava rock.  You may choose to prepare your own feast, and dine on your private lanai. See the world anew through an ever-changing living watercolor that is the Wailea sky.

What makes this property unique

From Elua 1703 you can count on glorious Wailea weather year round. The rest of Maui is accessible from this ideal location.  From La Perouse Bay, just minutes away, with its indescribable terrain, resulting from the last lava flow on Maui in 1790, through 11 climate zones (there are only 13 in the world) to the summit of Haleakala at 10,023 feet, where a sunrise is a profound experience.  This is where the legendary demigod Maui performed two of his greatest feats; battling the son god and lifting the sky.  Take one of the worlds most scenic drives through Maui’s rainforest to Hana , where following the example of  Charles Lindberg, who lived a few miles down the Hana coast, George Harrison built his hideaway on Maui.  Stop for dinner in Paia on the way back.  This little town is one of the surfing capitals of the world and has a unique character. You might see a famous big wave surfer cross the road, or a movie star having dinner at his favorite restaurant in the world: Flatbread. People come to Maui for its exquisite beaches, sunsets, waterfalls, whales, and some of the best surfing in the world.  Others come for exceptional golf, tennis, snorkeling and scuba diving. Hawaii is the most remote major island group on Earth, it is 2400 miles from the nearest continent, formed from volcanoes in the Pacific Ocean, making it rich in history, geology and marine life.
