Only 13km from the sea, in Santo Stefano di Magra, this vacation apartment is located in a two-family house from the late 19th century. The house is located on the border of the famous Cinque Terre and the fashionable Versilia. The apartment is on the first floor of a farm surrounded by olive trees (the owner produces wine and oil on the other side of the house, there are the fields and a warehouse) and has its own entrance. The exclusive outdoor area is partially fenced and equipped for outdoor dining, with common play area. The location is ideal to explore the nearby beaches, such as: Bocca di Magra (16 km), Ameglia (18 km) and Marinella di Sarzana (12km). From the village you can take the train to Cinque Terre. Unmissable is Portovenere (26 km), the 'Pearl of Liguria'. The Regional Park of Montemarcello (20 km) is an absolute ?must? for the lovers of trekking and offers an incredible view, as well as the Park of the Apuan Alps with Colonnata (34 km), famous for the bacon ?Lardo di Colonnata? For the lovers of cities there is the ancient port city of La Spezia at 12 km. To Lucca with imposing intact city walls is 69 km. On the spot you can buy the good Ligurian olive oil. The last 200 m of the access road are not asphalted. Attention: from the house you can hear the sound of a highway 150 m away as the crow flies and hidden by vegetation.

Ganz nett
An sich schöne Unterkunft, modern und frisch eingerichtet. Liegt in einem Olivengarten. Allerdings ist die Zufahrt etwas abenteuerlich, die Strasse ist recht eng und ziemlich löchrig. Liegt auch ziemlich Abseits, zu Fuss ist es ein recht langer Weg in die Ortschaft. Das grösste Problem ist die Nähe zur Autobahn, es ist sehr laut auch in der Nacht. Die Räume sind ausreichend groß und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Bad ist sauber und modern. Die Gastgeber waren sehr Nett und haben uns als Willkommensgeschenk Känchen Olivenöl und Flasche Wein aus eigener Herstellung und Obst und Gemüse aus dem Garten hingestellt. Im großen und ganzen ein gelungener Aufenthalt.
