The apartment is located in a street and near a parking lot. Access to the apartment is via a small external staircase. Grottamare is also called ?the pearl of the Adriatic?, and is located in the middle of the Riviera Picena delle Palme, in the Marche region. There are palm trees, orange groves, pine woods and oleanders: the green and the smell of nature unite and accompany you during the long walks along the shore. The fine sandy beach and the shallow access to the sea are ideal for the bathing vacations of families with children.
