Chalet "Modern Life". 3 apartments in the property. Above Ramsau, in the district of Bichl 3 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, 1.9 km from the centre of Ramsau, on a slope. For shared use: property 550 m2. Terrace (50 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sauna (extra). Fitness room, in winter, use of sauna is included, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Steep motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. E-charging station. Supermarket 2 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, mountain railway 2.5 km, ski bus stop 50 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Sauna towels and bathrobes are not on site.

Absolut Phantastisch
Wir waren in der kleineren Wohnung für 4 Personen und es war einfach herrlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet, so dass man sich einfach richtig wohlfühlt. Total überrascht waren wir aber, dass wir unseren eigenen kleinen Garten hatten, wo niemand hereinschauen konnte. Das lädt zum gemütlichen Frühstück oder Abends zum lange draußensitzen ein. Und die Gastgeber-Familie war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fazit: 10/10 - sehr empfehlenswert!!
