Great location behind Zugspitze
The property is lived in the outskirts of the town of the small town of Biberwier. Lots of great alpine views and convenient to lifts, hiking and biking trails. The property is part of a rustic working farm. Kids loved swing the cats and chickens every day. The house is traditional and rustic. The three bedrooms upstairs all have several beds and are interconnected. Kitchen is large, well stocked and has a large eating area and dishwasher. Bathroom is a good size and has a washing Machine. The sitting room is dry traditional with hand made wood paneling and a large terra cotta stove. Ideal location to crash after a long day outdoors.

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön gelegen, sauber und ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Vermieterin war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

sehr altes, renovierte Bauernhaus ( Doppelhaushälfte)
Es handelt sich um ein Grundstück von 3 großen Gebäuden. War früher wohl einmal eine Schmiede. Die Häuser sind unterteilt, viele Besitzer. Zufahrt zum Haus sehr eng und schmal, kein Parken vorm Haus möglich, dafür muss man am Haus vorbei über einen Bach zum Hauptgeäude, wo auch die Eigentümer wohnen. Das Haus ist sehr alt, so gut es geht renoviert und hergerichtet, das ist auch in Ordnung gewesen. Jedoch riecht es entsprechend. Das Bad ist hinter der Küche durch einen Gang ( hinter der Wand befindet sich, dem Geruch nach, ein alter Kuhstall, bzw. Hühnerstall. Die Zentralheizung wird mit eine Holzofen in der Küche bedient!!! Haben wir so auch noch nie gesehen. Wir waren im Juni 5 Tage dort. Das Wetter war durchwachsen, sodass wir immer einheizen mussten, da es im Gebäude recht kühl war. Privatatmosphäre ist relativ, da kein Garten dabei ist. Lediglich eine Sitzgelegenheit vor dem Haus. Hatten eine Hund dabei, nach der Reservierung hieß es, dass man für ihn zahlen muß. Wir hatten es vorher angegeben, da wurde nichts erwähnt. Wir waren viel unterwegs, sodass es irgendwie die 5 Tage ging, aber trotzdem sollten in der Beschreibung ein paar Dinge erwähnt werden, damit es kein "böses Erwachen" vor Ort wird. Der Preis für das Mietobjekt erscheint und den Umständen entsprechend auch etwas zu hoch.
