The colorful and friendly furnished holiday apartment extends over 2 floors. In the living room you will find, among other things, 2 sofa beds, a TV, DVD player and a cozy sitting area from which you have a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. Enjoy this beautiful view in any weather. The bathroom was equipped with a spacious corner bath, shower, toilet and vanity. The bedroom offers space for 2 people in a double bed. Another bedroom is located in the loft and is equipped with 2 single beds (upholstered beds with a bed box).   Please note that sheets and towels are not included in the holiday price. You are welcome to bring your own bed linen and towels or book them for a fee. Maximum one dog is welcome for a fee of 10,00 EUR / day.

From the open living room with kitchen you can enter one of the two balconies. The bedroom offers space for 2 people in a double bed. Another bedroom is located in the loft and is equipped with 2 single beds (upholstered beds with bed box) The bathroom with corner bath, shower, toilet and vanity. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances: coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave and much more. 1 high chair and 1 travel cot available in the apartment.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Lage in zweiter Reihe zum Meer, Sandstrand nur wenige Minuten entfernt
Unser Urlaub war in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr erholsam. Was uns sehr gefallen hat: - Die Nähe zum Deich in zweiter Reihe mit einem verträumt schönen Blick über Reetdachhäuser hin zum Meer - Sehr ruhig gelegen in einer Wohnsiedlung / Sackgasse mit Parkplatz direkt am Haus - Die Maisonettewohnung hat einen eigenen Hauseingang und fühlt sich eher wie eine Doppelhaushälfte an - Sehr großzügig und hell gestalteter Wohnraum mit offener Küche - Die geschmackvolle Küche ist im Vergleich zu manch' anderen Locations recht gut ausgestattet (eine Auflaufform und Tischsets könnte es aber noch geben) - Wir haben die Wohnung sehr sauber vorgefunden; auch die Innenschränke in der Küche sowie das Geschirr waren einwandfrei sauber. - Der Eigentümer war sehr zuvorkommend, flexibel und freundlich, zumal sich unsere Anreisegegebenheiten und -zeiten geändert hatten. - Wir haben nette Tips bekommen. - Übergabe und Kautionerstattung verlief einwandfrei. Was hat uns nicht oder weniger gefallen? - Die Agentur war für uns zu Öffnungszeiten telefonisch mehrfach nicht erreichbar. Der Eigentümer zum Glück schon. - Die Ausstattung ist teilweise schon etwas betagt. Dafür ist der Mietpreis aber auch günstiger als manch' anderer Wohnungen im Ort. Die Lage machte das für uns wieder wett. Aufgrund des Preis-Leistungsverhältnis geben wir insgesamt 5 Sterne und kommen gerne wieder.

Großzügige und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in bester Lage
Wir haben ein paar ruhige und entspannende Tage über den Jahreswechsel hier verbracht. Das Objekt kann die durch das Inserat geweckten Erwartungen erfüllen. Wirklich tolle Lage, nur wenige Schritte bis zum Strand! Einzig die Tatsache, dass sich im Haus eine weitere Wohnung befindet, welche während unseres Aufenthalts durch den Vermieter bewohnt wurde, sollte erwähnt werden. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und hinterlässt einen gepflegten Eindruck. Auch bei der Ausstattung bleiben kaum Wünsche offen. Alles da was man braucht, wenn man selbst kochen möchte oder muss. Ein Platz in den örtlichen Restaurants ist besonders im Winter nach eigenen Erfahrungen nur mit Vorbestellung oder viel Glück zu bekommen. Einziger Wermutstropfen war, dass die Heizung mit den örtlichen Verhältnissen überfordert wirkte. So richtig gemütlich war es erst am dritten Abend.

Gemütlich, großzügig geschnitten, Meerblick
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut: unkompliziert, zuverlässig, schnell und er war auch zuvorkommend, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Man kann die Ostsee vom Wohnzimmer aus gut sehen und auch vom Obergeschoss, quasi vom Bett aus. Wir waren jetzt im Herbst da, aber einen lauen Sommerabend auf dem Balkon Richtung Meer stelle ich mir sehr schön vor. Die Häuser drum herum sind auch sehr malerisch, weshalb man sich nicht zugebaut fühlt. Riesen Vorteil: man fällt aus Haus quasi an den Strand und kann sowohl gut ausgebaute Wege nutzen oder am Strand spazieren gehen Richtung Gespensterwald. Total sehenswert. Braucht man mal mehr als der örtliche Supermarkt nebst Bäcker hat, liegt Bad Doberan ums Eck. Man ist also toppi versorgt. Wir kommen gern wieder. Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Wunderschöne, helle Ferienwohnung
Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Börgerende verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung war toll und man konnte vom Sofa aus die Schiffe auf der Ostsee vorbeifahren sehen. Der einzige Wehrmutstropfen dieses Urlaubs: Wir hatten unseren kleinen Hund dabei und in den örtlichen Gastronomiebetrieben sind Hunde unerwünscht. Dank der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche in der Wohnung konnten wir aber gut selbst kochen. Das Geld, was wir normalerweise im Urlaub täglich für das Essengehen ausgeben, haben wir wieder mit nach Hause genommen. Den Gaststätten dort schein es ja so gut zu gehen, dass sie auf Gäste, die mit Hund unterwegs sind, verzichten können.
