Private: property 700 m2 (fenced), well-kept terraced garden wildlife garden and trees. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1.2 km, railway station "Quercianella" 500 m, sandy beach 1.3 km, rocky beach 15 m. Nearby attractions: Livorno 14 km, Pisa 35 km, Firenze 100 km. Please note: railway line closeby 50 m from the property.
5-room villa 200 m2 on 3 levels. Renovated in 2015, antique and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the garden. Sep. WC. Nicht nur die Lage und die Villa als Solche sind einzigartig! Sehr, sehr nette und freundliche Besitzer! Im nahe gelegenen Dorf gibt es alles... wenige Touristen... alles sehr beschaulich und v.a. entschleunigt... Einfach einzigartig und wunderschön!

Schön ausgestattet, Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Kühlkombination, genügend Geschirr + Besteckoberstes DZ unterm Dach über sehr enge Wendeltreppe, nur für "schlanke, sportliche" Gäste, bei kleinen Kindern oben Sturzgefahr Reisetipps: tolle Ausflüge nach Lucca, Elba, Pisa, VolterraFischrestaurant fast nebenan, 2 Pizzeria im Dorf, Kiosk ca. 300 m, Lebensmittel ca. 1 km, Eisdiele 800 m, Strand unterhalb vom Haus nur riesige Steinbrocken für Badeurlaub ungeeignet
