Our holiday home is idyllically situated between Emden and Aurich, in the holiday area at the "Großen Meer". A small branch canal separates the property in a quiet cul de sac location from the adjacent meadows and pastures. After a few minutes (about 400m) you reach the "Great Sea".

The living area of our comfortably furnished holiday home is approx. 95 m².

The house has a carport and a large boat shed, as well as a child-proof fenced garden and two terraces (sun / shade) with garden furniture.

The jetty with rowboat is diagonally opposite.



ground floor

There is a cloakroom in the entrance area. Through another door you enter the large living and dining room with open kitchen area.

The fitted kitchen is fully equipped, in detail are available:

The large seating area invites you to enjoy delicious food and relax.
On the beautiful Friesensofa you can read comfortably or watch TV.

There are a lot of games for big and small children. You can also choose among many books.

The house is heated by a gas heating or alternatively by a stove.

Through the window in the living room you have a wonderful view of the garden and the meadows in the nature reserve.

The bathroom (with plenty of storage space) has a large shower, toilet and vanity with vanity unit.


upstairs

A staircase leads to the upper floor with two separate bedrooms.

The first bedroom has a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) with adjustable slatted frames, wardrobe and chest of drawers, a flat-screen TV and a small bathroom with toilet and vanity.

The second bedroom has three single beds (2x 100 cm x 200 cm and 1x 90 cm x 200 cm), wardrobe, table and shelves.

In front of all windows a fly and mosquito repellent is attached, as well as external blinds.

The sleeping area can be closed childproof to the stairs. Naturally, smoke detectors are also installed in the house.
