Just a few minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo with its wonderful restaurants and art galleries, trendy shops and discos, you will enter the motorized gate of Casa Paquita and your own world of luxury, privacy and security. The beach gate by the swimming pools allows direct access to one of Guanacaste's most beautiful beaches. Watch the surf break from the edge of the infinity pool while you sip your favorite drink.

The classic Spanish-Mediterranean architecture with its hand-painted tile and large covered terrace are the essence of Casa Paquita. You will enjoy the beautifully manicured gardens and romantic balconies with spectacular views and breathtaking sunsets. Your vacation home is located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world!!!

Casa Paquita features five en-suite bedrooms in the main house, plus an additional 2 en-suite bedrooms in the Casita. The spiral staircase weaves around a 3 level waterfall that cascades down 2-sides of an open cylinder. The gourmet kitchen, breakfast nook, bar room, living room and front and back patios blend together to create a perfect common area overlooking the infinity edge pool and the Pacific Ocean. The large double infinity edge pool features a children's pool, spa seating with jets, four bar stools, and an easy entrance staircase. This enormous living area is perfect for large groups, family reunions, small intimate weddings or just the best vacation Costa Rica has to offer!

The main house sleeps 14 people with 3 king beds, 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4) and 2 queens beds.

The Casita sleeps 4 people with 1 queen bed and 2 double beds.

House-keeping services are provided 6 days per week There is also a grounds-keeper/pool cleaner on property 6 days per week.

Full concierge service is included and will arrange airport pickup, car rental and tour reservations, baby sitting and other luxury services.

Memorable Week
Casa Paquita was perfect for our family of 10 (six adults and four kids, five years and younger.) Our vacation was seamless. The location was quiet and we felt safe. Daniel and Jonathan went beyond the call of duty to respond to our needs and requests from beginning to end.We also had a full fridge of groceries snacks and imperial beer waiting for us when we arrived. One of our grandkids celebrated his third birthday, and there were balloons when we arrived. The infinity pool was a big hit with the kids, and especially with the inflatable toys that were supplied. Lorena and the housekeeping staff supplied us daily with clean towels for showers and for the pool & beach . Lorena also prepared and made most of our breakfast and delicious dinners. The beach was ours for play ,walks and amazing sunsets .Kudos to the entire team. We highly recommend Casa Paquita .

Pictures don't do this place justice! Our family of 7 adults and 3 children spent a week here, which was our first time visiting Costa Rica. (Feb 2023) The house was beautiful and in the perfect location for peace and quiet, but a short walk/golf cart ride to the town centre. The house is well appointed with all the amenities you need for a beach vacation, and close to stores for food and drinks. Daniel was attentive and arranged all of what we needed (Golf Carts, airport transfers and beer in the fridge) while Jon kept the grounds and pool clean and well kept. Lorena and Izabella made or stay a gastro feast every morning for breakfast and several dinners during our stay. The meals were some of the best food we had while in Costa Rica and well worth the money to have it all prepared, served and cleaned up. Hands down having a personal chef and concierge while enjoying your private residence had us living like the rich and famous for a week! The sunsets are amazing and we spent most evenings sitting on the luxury pool loungers or around the large patio table enjoying a drink and some music (Sonos Speaker system worked great). The pool had a great shallow area for the children to play in, and pools toys to keep them busy. Monkeys hanging out in the trees for entertainment, a neighbourhood cat to make it feel like home. The town of Tamarindo and surrounding area was amazing to explore. My wife and I are SCUBA divers and would highly recommend Franco @TamaDive. He took us out to the Catalinas Islands for the day to explore some volcanic island reefs. We would definitely stay again and recommend this property and amazing staff to anyone considering a trip to paradise.

Nothing short of perfection
If I could have given it 10 stars I would. As someone who relies heavily on reviews, I knew I wanted to leave a thoughtful review. But I’m at a bit of a loss for words. Daniel helped put together my entire trip. From cooking staff, golf cart rentals, dinner reservations, transportation to and from the airport- to setting up decorations for the surprise party for my husband. We were 14 adults, all of whom travel an incredible amount and every single couple was blown away. The rooms all have ensuite bathrooms, most have king or queen bathrooms. Air conditioning is great. the lay out was incredible and the sunsets at the pool were spectacular I HIGHLY recommend this house and Daniel- also the chefs cooking was FABULOUS. I’m sincerely at a loss for a single complaint. Just wow.

We fell in love with Costa Rica the first time we visited in August, 2000. We enjoy the beaches of Guanacaste as well as the diverse activities the area offers. The surfing, golfing, fishing, turtle watching, horseback riding, zip-lining, and boating are all great. And the restaurants are world class!!

What makes this property unique

Casa Paquita is an extraordinary location, directly on the Pacific Ocean. When you awaken in the morning and open the curtains the blue waters of the Pacific are very calming. Just walk out the back gate and you are on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It is very spiritual!!!

Come stay with us and let our in house cook prepare breakfast ($30 per meal, lunch$60 per meal)or dinner($80 per meal ) plus groceries. This prices for parties up to 18 people.

Example of breakfast. Costa Rican style meal. Fried rice and beans, eggs, bacon. corn tortillas, fresh fruit, grilled cheese. Etc. Or anything that you want to cook to prepare.

Example for dinner. Grilled garlic Mahi-Mahi, rice and beans, fresh salsa, guacamole, lentils soup.
BBQ ribs or anything that you want the cook to prepare.
