The cozy 3-room apartment is located in the attic of the house with a separate entrance via an outside staircase and has two bedrooms (sloping ceilings) with double beds (140 x 200). The living room has a pull-out sofa bed for max. 1 person is available, from here you can reach the furbished balcony with beautiful views of the Baltic Sea. In the entrance area there is a second balcony, from where one looks at the about 100 meters away Kölpinsee. A spacious kitchen with sitting area and kitchenette (2-plate stove and sink, refrigerator). A larger bathroom with skylight (partially low ceiling / roof) with shower u. WC Furthermore, there is a TV, radio with CD player for use. A sitting area in the garden invites you to linger on the grilling also is possible (common use). A free parking space for one car is available on premises. Likewise, a beach chair (May-September) is on the beach included. Sheets and towels are not provided. Pets are not allowed.

You can hear the sound of the sea! The house is located on the beach of Stubbenfelde in a quiet location. The apartments are located in the mezzanine and the attic and have thereby lies the house on a mountain, a panoramic sea view. The stop of the Usedom resort railway is about 600 meters away. Shops are located in the nearby campsite 400 m, supermarket 1.5 km away. Restaurants and snack in the immediate vicinity.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 21:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
